Hotel Biltmore Guatemala

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The hotel has been renovated. It is an economic but very nice and comfortable option which is adjoined to the Westin Camino Real hotel. It is located in a good zone.

I had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this hotel. I booked it online based on other reviews, and it lived up to it! Beds like fluffy pillows, beautiful decor, airport shuttle that is easy to find at the airport, pleasant staff and hot/cold breakfast buffet with really great coffee.

The hotel is close to restaurants and other attractions very safe and good value for the money. No free wifi is the only downfall

I had a great experience during my stay. All the staff were great and helpful. The breakfast was great. My room was very clean.

I got more than what I payed. The hotel is a very nice place and it offers everything you need. Forgot to use the pool. :( Maybe next time!

The Hotel looked clean and nice, but I just found a spider on the bed. Other than than everything was ok.

The only bad part is that this is one of the few hotels in Guatemala that still charges for wifi $15 a day other than that I highly recommend this hotel

My stay was enjoyable the only set back was the breakfast was not adequately staffed to serve for the amount of people that stayed here.

Nice clean hotel. $15 for wifi not worth the cost - slow, cumbersome log on. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice and helpful

Although seems like there was a party in the rooms next door, I was able to get a nice night.

It is in a great location, but the hotel doesn't has enough amenities as other ones have. No gym, no pool, they charged for the internet. It's clean but kind of old.

Nice ckean central located. Its not one of the goods onebut uts ok. Pitty wifi not included cost 15 dollars for day

Spent 4 days in Guatemala city, and had to work during that time. Spent a lot of time in the hotel, mostly in my room, and it was a nice environment to work in. Internet speeds, for the most part, were quite good. At times I saw 10-15mbps upload/download speed. Room service was very prompt, and moderately priced. Although, the choice of restaurants nearly, and in the hotel, made for a good dining experience. Overall, a great place to stay.

breakfast is continental, pastries and fruit. ´net is 10 US per day... was hoping for more. Staff very friendly and helpful. local calls very expensive

The recetionist was polit and helpful, the room was poorly maintened, no hot water at night.

I just came for the night. I had check in late afternoon and checked out early in the morning.
