My family and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days about a week ago. It was an extremely enjoyable experience. I want to make a special mention of Mr. Javier, who is the Night Shift representative of the hotel at the front desk. We needed a special accommodation for my room and once he knew of our situation he took charge and made the special changes for my family and I. He was very polite and professional. Thank you Javier for being the way you are, you take your job seriously and it is greatly appreciated.

I stayed last week and loved it no problem so i booked a room for my mom and neices. When i payed they ask how many ppl are staying i answered and entered ages. Never did it ask for anything extra for breakfast or nothing. Well they went to eat and were told the kids aren't included. Made my mom was expected to pay extra. I think if there gonna charge extra at least give the option so your not hoy with an expected charge.

The bathroom has two drain, one in the shower area and the other one next to the the toilet. Once you start showering all the water comes out on the next to the toilet so once you done showering and step out off the shower, you step in to a pool of water. All floors area in the bathroom is full of water. When I check it out in the morning the guy ask me if everything was okay, I told him about the issue in the bathroom and he knew about that issue already it looks like they have not fixed for a long time. For that I give them one star.
