The travel was for my annual holiday travelogue. This hotel set the tone for a fabulous experience with excursions to Tical, the Mayan city in the Guatemalan rainforest and the colonial city Antigua. Truly an awesome life enriching experience.

Just for one night but was really full expectation covered.

They put me in a very noisy room, the elevator was stuck and everything is expensive

This was my 4th time staying at this hotel and, as always, it was absolutely superb!

Hotel is within walking distance ofevery hot spot of the city, can't beat it!!

Convenient and confortable. Great staff attention!

One of the more high end hotels in Guatemala City. Located in one of the safest zones. Designed to withstand earthquakes. The room was great with very cold AC. Water pressure was good. The staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the $12 daily fee for Internet access and the mini-bar items are very high priced. Room service food was excellent and reasonably priced, nice bar, and a couple of restaurants. There seemed to be lots of groups taking advantage of the many conference rooms. Bed sheets were of high quality and so were the pillows. Great place if you are on a business trip or vacationing.

My business trip to Guatemala City required frequent trips to various other offices. Most of these were in Zone 10, 09 or 14 which was convenient ride (taxi or friends ) form the hotel. Internet worked well and wake call even at 3:30 AM were on time. Restaurant for breakfast meetings ideal. Will use Westin Camino Real Hotel on future trips.

one of my favorite hotels. There is something special about this place

The shuttle bus was waiting for us at the airport and transfer to the hotel was very comfortable and took only about 10 minutes. Check was efficient and friendly and the room was just what was needed with a California king size bed and quality linens as wall as good quality toiletries, coffee and tea. The tertiery glazing on the windows meant no noise entered the room from the street and light blocking curtains made sure we were not woken early by the sun. I was so tired when I arrived for my vacatoin, after 4 days I feel totally refreshed.

THE EXPERIENCE IS GOOD. HOTEL IS CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING.

After a difficult week in Guatemala, with all the problems, this hotel was like an oasis- very plush, comfortable and more than met our needs.

Stayed there while working for in Guatemale City. Very relaxing at the end of the day. Very safe!

We were there to meet as a family while our daughter does a semester abroad to learn Spanish. We played a lot of tennis and worked out. Exercise is important to our family, so booked because of the tennis courts. We ate in the hotel a lot. You should advertise your coffee place, Cafe Vienes, more because nicer atmosphere and smaller. Restaurants are pricey, although food and service are excellent. Please make sure the spa booking service knows exactly when tennis courts are taken, as we had trouble getting a court even though we had called ahead.

The hotel is in a great location. They charged me $8.00 for 45 minutes of internet use! The staff is unhelpful in solving issues.

The Hotel is very habitable, and the staff are most professional.

Absolutly nice hotel
