This is a solid hotel, but certainly is not what I would call five star. It is not up to Westin's normal standards in terms of comfort or amenities.
Good shuttle service to and from airport, staff speak good English and are helpful and pleasant. Good restaurants on site as well as close by. Room has everything you need. Felt welcome and pampered. Lovely hotel.
Excellent team from the porter to the general manager. Professionals and friendly beautiful installations always fresh flowers delicious beds and super service of cleanliness. Executive level is wonderful planning to go back in April again. Keep up the excellent work.

The travel was for my annual holiday travelogue. This hotel set the tone for a fabulous experience with excursions to Tical, the Mayan city in the Guatemalan rainforest and the colonial city Antigua. Truly an awesome life enriching experience.
Just for one night but was really full expectation covered.
They put me in a very noisy room, the elevator was stuck and everything is expensive
