Focus on payment was insulting. Wanted credit card for even $10 charges. Given that I was Ambassador Gold and have long history with InterContinental, this showed zero judgement. Fitness center was excellent.
Got too expensive and feel like they stopped changing in the 90's. The shuttle left me standing at the door 1' before departure time. Driver didn't care to load one more passenger. The room smelled like mold is behind the AC unit. Could not recover a jacket left in my previous trip in March.
Great hotel in the middle of the city, close to many bars and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable; however, come with the usual thin walls of most hotels. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and the meals in the restaurant are very tasty.
Great hotel. Although large, they make you feel unique with excellent and attentive service. Rooms are very big, bright, and clean. Spaceous storage with huge closets. Good amenities in the bathroom, and excellent breakfast. Recommended.
My guest room was attractively furnished and well laid out. There was a good-sized desk with 3 outlets plus 2 USB charging ports. The office chair was comfortable and could be raised or lowered. There was a 37" LG LCD TV in the room. The main swimming pool is enormous and well-maintained as is the gym. There are numerous restaurants onsite. In addition to traditional bedside reading lamps, there's a high-intensity mini-lamp mounted on each side of the headboard. Mini-bar refrigerator with a second compartment for a guest's own food and beverages. One caveat: Room 924. Upon checking out from a two-day stay, I discovered that my room's door, although it locks, has a gap between the door and the frame. I was able to pry open the door from the outside with a credit card.
We stayed for 1 night and it was a rainy day. I can tell that the room was nice It looked for me luxury nice view to the city and different options to go out and have fun outside the hotel nearby the area you can go to some good restaurants around the block, staff very polite, the wi fi was super fast we had room service and we ordered dinnner the meals were ok, it was not what we expected but it was alright the breakfast was way better at the buffet. What I really liked was the heated swimming pool and the gym was well equipped. I do recommend this hotel
Wonderful service and deco. Great food. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing! The bronze sculpture in the lobby is stunning. The outdoor pool on the fifth floor is large and inviting.
The location is perfect for business. The gym is very well equipped and there are a vaeriety of restaurants on site. Had breakfast at the french patisserie which is pretty good. The room was clean and spacious and the bed super soft. It is on the high end of cost for the area but offers higher quality as well.
Two week business trip. Very nice room, fast internet connection, staff that works hard to give you a positive experience. Front desk and cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was first rate, although the chef needs to learn how to cook plain sunny side up eggs. This hotel meets all the requirements of a 4-5 star hotel. Pet peeves: Exchange rate was less than what I could get from the bank down the block (which is open every night until 7pm!). Hotel not single male traveler friendly.
Just went on a business trip for 3 nights and what a surprise the room was very nice And the bed and pillows moore than confortable it was hard to get out of the bed all the staff would attend my need very quick fortunately stayed in the 15 floor and the view was unic since there are other high floor hotels and office buildings near by and also just 15 minutes away from airport and no noise in my room and very important when you visit a 5 million populated city
