Our stay was excellent; from the minute we arrived we were greeted by the staff. The location was prefect options of stores, shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast is buffet providing Guatemalan typical food. The only criticism this Saturday morning the breakfast buffet was moved to the patio area and due to the openness; fumes of the near by vehicles permitted the area.

The hotel staff is friendly and super fast to answer on your requests to your room. I actually got sick on my last day and they took care of us quite well. Great place to stay with family. Breakfast was a bit limited, but was ok for the stay.

Hotel is not to be trusted. They cancelled our last night because they had a tour group coming in and needed our room. We are not a fan of this hotel.
