Black mold and smelled like chemicals. My wife and I both had headaches after 5 minutes. So loud we could not sleep.We had booked for 4 nights and left after 2, and no refund.
The only real problem with the hotel is the parking situation, the staff really doesn’t have a real grasp on advising guests on the parking for the hotel. Aside from that the hotel was great
We were only there overnight. The staff were great and I loved the decor. We were at home quickly and could enjoy the area.
We loved our stay at this hotel. Beautiful building with really large rooms. The rooms are well stocked and the Internet was fast. They have a good restaurant on the lower level and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the main cathedral. Would be great if they had better parking options, currently you can park in front of the hotel after 10:00pm until 8:00am.
I loved the hotel. Great customer service. Great food. Loved the location to all. Went on my trip to see MANA in concert. I would definitely consider stay at Concept del Carencro again. It's beautiful and cozy. Thank you.
