Hotel is very outdated, needs a lot of work and service is horrible. Beds uncomfortable and towels look like you are going to use them to mop the floor. Out of all the employees only one was extremely nice and helpful. Not sure his name but a younger bold guy with glasses. Food is average. Inside the Building is very noisy, you can hear everything all night long. Upstairs where the pool is would be a great place to enjoy a drink but they don't run the bar and no employees on site. Instead you see rusty chairs and dirty pool. Overall experience? I will never come back!!!!

I really wanted to like this hotel. When we arrived the guy that helped us with our bags said, "Oh! you've got a great room!" He couldn't have been more wrong. The room was humid and smelled like mildew. There was mold growing on the ceiling near the air vent. There is a club nearby that must share a wall with the hotel because we heard their music until at least 4am. Add to that the noise of every single person shouting in the hallway. At 3am I was still awake and on my phone looking for a different hotel. We decided to give the included breakfast a try before checking out the next morning. It was also sub par. We would have been better off with tacos in the street. When we checked out, I tried to explain to the guy at the desk why we were leaving and ask what we would need to do to get a refund. He didn't seem to care that we were leaving and just waved me away saying that I'd need to follow up with Orbitz. It took days for the customer service staff at Orbitz to be able to get in touch with anyone at the hotel willing or able to give an answer about a refund. When they finally did get in touch we were told that they would not refund our money. Stay away from this hotel.

Very uncomfortable beds. Amenities were lacking. They should really point out that directly across the street is a bus hub that is non stop. It is loud all day long! The restaurant is mediocre and lacking, the food is good but everything else lacks. Central location, close to alot, but again, the bus and cab hub on the street really makesorry the experience uncomfortable.

The staff was excellent. I just wish the beds werent hard. Besides that i give it a 4 out of 5.

Staff are friendly with limited English communication. Bring a unlocked smartphone and use translator app to communicate what you need.

Located in the heart of the historic center of the city. Extremely clean. Spectacular view of the 17th century buildings across the street from the roof deck. Shower water pressure and wi fi reliability could be improved. Other than that loved returning to it after my explorations each day.

Nice location. Very convenient. Great staff. Nice size room.

Very nice city and the hotel perfect location in the middle of everything the only thing that mess it up the beds extremely hard and old .very noisy during the night and you can actually hear everything what's going on in the entire hotel during the weekend if you are tired forget it if you want to rest the pianist is right behind your window until late

We all enjoyed this hotel due to the location and easy access to the beach. hotel was also really clean and had no issues checking in early

This hotel has seen better days.. tried going to check out the pool and the water was turning green! The hotel staff was not very helpful or staff I was expecting an important email and the employee (an older man) actually told me to go find an internet cafe for that sort of stuff. They have a piano in the center of the hotel and the sound echos so it made it difficult to fall asleep with the noise. The location was good but the Mendoza hotel down the street looked like a much better option for next time!

The room was clean and the staff vary friendly. Many restaurants around the corner.

Stayed for 2 nights and then booked another 2 nights. Great location central to everything. Within walking distance to everything in the old part of town. Nice views from the roof.

Clean downtown hotel. The fitness Center has two old bikes that don't really work. I would request not to stay on the 5th floor especially on the weekend as it was very noisy almost all night long. I moved to the 3rd floor Sunday night and it was much better. Good bang for your buck.
