The hotel was comfortable enough, however, on the second night, there was an event being held. We had to wake up at 3 am to leave the hotel at 4 am for 6 am flight. We did not sleep more than a collective hour as there was a large party of very loud and inebriated group that kept us up until 2 am. It was a very rough night. Apparently this group comes from the US to Guadalajara and has an event at this hoetel twice a year.

Friendly professional staff!!!!thank you for making my first vacation in guadalajara unforgettable

Pool closes at 6pm. All social areas are closed at 9pm. All conversations must be taken outside the safety of the hotel. Rooms are extremely outdated with mattresses that reflect the same. I would NEVER stay here again.

Staff bad service

The staff where very helpful in every way possible. They greated us and door attendant was doing an exceptional job by assisting us. Once checked in, we where issued two remote controls (AC and TV) and a key card with Wifi password. This location has and excellent swimming pool with a 1.6m dept all around. Not much sun afternoon, water stays on the cooler end since it is a roof top pool. The lobby must have been spectacular in it's early years, all rooms have a small colonial balcony, ideal for a picture if you dont get one with a wall in front of it. The room itself has older beds that are not very comfortable, the bedding and towels have passed wear date by many washes over. If your are simply passing bye and need one or two nights, this is definitely well worth the stay. They have a breakfast that is top notch and they serve you very well portions, it is not included. The price is reasonably well for other establishment that serve breakfast. We left the table very happy. If you need taxi, that have a trusted system that is a bit more expansive than an Uber.

Beautiful building where you don't feel enclosed in the room since all rooms have a small balcony with working windows...

The Location is perfect, I was able to walk around to many places.

It’s a charming but quite outdated hotel, which wasn’t an issue for me as it was clean and had AC and WiFi, everything was working well but it’s something to be aware of. However, every morning at 6am I was waken up by a noise that sounded like something metal and heavy was dragged down the stairs, I think it is something for the kitchen but not sure. I stayed for 3 nights and this happened every morning. I am sure it depends on where you are at the hotel - I was in the left side where the staircase is so perhaps the other side was not hearing it.

Un poco ruidosos

Nice hotel over all. The front desk is not very friendly nor informational especially the morning crew. We had to have our key card reset everyday and even twice a day, that was very frustrating. rooms did not have a safe. The cleaning crew was very nice.

Hotel is in a good location close to everything. Staff was friendly and rooms were cleaned and all this for an excellent price.

The unique is the location, and the staff. The badly is that there is a lot of noise early in the morning so if you want to sleep a little more is imposible, the other thing is that the pool is nice but useless because the water is very cold.

Hotel location was prefect! Employees were great! Will be staying there on our next vacation to Mexico.

This is a wonderful classic Mexican hotel in the city center, with the Cathedral and Plaza de Armas a short walk away. A very nice restaurant on the ground floor offered good meals and the front desk could help with any other needs. It is on our list of good places to stay when we return.

We are sorry that your stay was not favorable... The pool has a certain treatment, that's why it closes early, so the common areas must follow certain established schedules...
