I have been staying there for over 30 years but hadn't been there for over two years - the reception staff wasn't helpful when asked to re-key the key since they stopped working - I had to ask for coffee when they used to have it in your room as courtesy automatically - now is courtesy but on a ask basis - valet parking in the afternoon is slow - though morning is great Homero has been there for many years and continues to provide wonderful service

The hotel is very run down. The carpet is nasty, the tub was old and not appealing to take a bath in. We got a room that was facing the city but not the Minerva. The parking structure was creepy. There was construction going on and it was a mess.

Nice staff, very accommodating and friendly as well.

With a great location, and a great variety of restaurants in the area. The hotel has a nice price / value relation.

The hotel is old, It needs to be fully renovated No pool Otherwise it’s a good hotel possibly a bit expensive for what is delivered

Timeshare people in lobby annoying. Hotel personnel very pleasant.

Located right on Minerva Circle, by a bunch of great restaurants. Staff is there to answer questions, offer helpful advice, and make you feel welcome. The rooms are in good shape, have great amenities, can be made dark, warm, cool, and are very nicely laid out. I always stay here, and they always make sure I'm happy enough to come back.

The air conditioner didn’t work I called maintenance he went up to my room put his hand in front of the vent about 15 ft away and turned around and said it’s working. It was humid that day my wife and I where so upset don’t think I would go back again even if they gave me free stay. Would rather pay than to be uncomfortable

The staff was friendly, rooms were neat and clean, and the place was quiet. There were a lot of places to eat nearby, at a walking distance. The only issue we had was when we requested extra blankets; the blankets were never delivered.

Don't get the room upgrade that include continental breakfast. to much money and the food is terrible for the price

The service is pretty good and the staff very nice 👍
