Great location but extremely loud on Larry nights. I stayed on a NYE Wednesday through the weekend. Saturday night the clubs next door went on very loud until 4AM, I tend to stay out until 12-1 most nights, so I’d say on average I’m less worried about noise. That said, this place is very loud. That said it’s a great location if you are a tourist learning the core Guadalajara area. I lost a key card, you basic plastic one. They charged 300 pesos (nearly $17) which really rubbed me the wrong way after not being able to sleep much more than 2-3 hours the night before. The staff were great, just wasn’t quite what I expected compared to other similarly priced accommodations I’ve stayed at in my 10 trips to GDL. I will say they had nice quality body washes and shampoos for the shower.

Had high hopes for this hotel. First the positives-friendly staff, comfyish bed, location? Now, the negatives-room 13-window not closing so all night street noise (til 4am!) kept me up, so location is also negative, hurt my finger trying to close window, wasn’t offered a different room. Actually room went unserviced a day for reasons unknown. Was charged an extra night for added guest who actually didn’t spend the night (2/3 nights, charged for 3) they’re quick to bill but very reluctant to refund. Won’t be staying there again.

Staff are very kind and helpful, the price is very good, gets loud some days at night because there bars around the area. I love the location, some details in the bedroom are inconvenient, the flush valve get stock and then leacks, had to move with my hand.
