We liked its location, staff. Didn't like the fact we couldn't get the room temper warm, thermostat didn't or wasnt working properly. I called front desk and they said they'd send someone ti our room have to check it, but noone ever showed up to our room. Other than that, we liked the hotel.

I have stayed here a few times and I always get great service from the concierges like Myriam and the cleaning crew starting with Karina and Adriana. Jonathan the bell boy was also helpful. Overall I like the convenient location of this hotel, having a fitness room also is helpful, their pool is small medium size but they put too much bleach or other chemical products that gave me a rash in my skin. I definitely recommend it and I would like to come back despite this minor issue.

The Hotel was clean and New. The rooms, floors, hallway, entry , lobby , Bathrooms all in clean and good condition. The Room was assigned to us had no window that can be opened , therefore the ventilation in the room was bad, I understand they have rooms with balcony or windows that can be opened but was not offered to us. The Hotel is lacking sufficient insulation and sound barrier so you can hear people walking outside, next door blower use, or upstairs chair movement. The floors are tiles and not carpet and so it contributes to that. There is restaurant with buffett in the morning at 130 pesos per person, very good deal and good value. Although the coffee not so great and we got sick on our last day from eating something from breakfast. The Bathroom sink water was yellow. we took a picture. There is no Gift shop, Optional Coffee shop , No Pool, etc The Lobby Toilet lacking toilet seat paper. There is a italian restaurant and OxxO and pharmacy several steps away which was good. There is a construction right across the street and a Mortuary, The Street a bid noisy as well , However thats is part of city Hotels in Guadalajara. The Condo has lots of good review so we picked it, but is a Three standard as US standard. at $85-$100 per night range is relatively high considering other available larger Hotels. Giving all the pros and Cons consideration, We would not return Nor can we recommend it to anyone.

Great location for the US consolate. Nice restaurants and neighborhood

We loved it's location. I have been to Guadalajara many, many times and have always stayed in the Historic Zone. We opted for a different location this trip and are so glad we did! Every good restaurant, Chapultepec Avenue, the American Embassy, Los Arcos ... are all within walking distance. The Historic Zone is still a quick Uber ride away.

This is a very nice, new and very affordable hotel, with all kinds of eco-friendly features. For example, the hall lights are normally off, but when you step out of the elevator or your room, the closest ones will automatically turn on and more will turn on as you walk down the hallway. The rooms also require you to place a room key card (or any credit-card-sized card) in a receptacle by the door to turn on the lights, power outlets and AC. It certainly saves energy and makes perfect sense - as long as you know about the card! The décor is very modern, and the facilities are bright and spotless. The staff is friendly and attentive, and helped make my first trip to GDL memorable :)

Excellent location with great access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Easy self parking.

Great location, clean rooms, and good service. The restaurant is good for a quick bite to eat.

Convenient location. Very friendly staff. I will stay again.

Very attentive staff and nice property with very centric location, close to literally everything. The only downside is that is located on a very busy street and since I was on one of the lower levels street noise was a little high at times, is definitely something to consider is you are a light sleeper. Not a deal breaker for me since the staff was great, the place is good looking and again very very location. I will definitely stay there again. For the price it’s also a steal! Other hotels just one block away are charging 3 times the price! Thanks for a great stay, we look forward to going back soon.

Hotel nickels and dimes guests by charging unnecessary service fees such as early check-in and ice.

The hotel was great, the only complaint was the noice at night was extremely loud. Noise from the street, car races etc.

It was nice and the room was really clean and comfortable

Great location in really nice neighborhood close to plenty of good restaurants even a small mall with a movie theater. A few blocks from famous Calle Chapultepec. Great value only downside was some mysterious loud thumps early morning and some construction going on.

Amazing stay, unfortunately they have a stinky sewage smell problem! Other than that it was a great experience.

Likes: great location/cleanliness/price/ friendly staff/ decent size pool

I like this hotel because it’s more like family oriented and the staffs were very friendly.
