Very nice hotel. Clean with great breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler whether for business or personal. I always stay at Choice Hotels and this was a top notch hotel.
I travel for work and have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is very friendly and check in is always a breeze. The rooms are always clean and nice. The breakfast arrangement for continental breakfast is a little lacking, but it still has a decent amount of variety. I recommend if your in Grand Forks.
Theresa won a free night here and wow it is a very nice place. Check in was easy, the room was a very nice size and very clean. The bed firm but soft. The breakfast very good and tasty. Overall a very nice stay and we will stay here again.
This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are modern and always clean. This is one of my favorite hotels in the area. The breakfast is good. The only down side to this hotel is that it isn’t real close to much else.
Took a road trip for the holidays and spent a very pleasant night at the sleep inn. Very nice rooms, great staff and well located. Breakfast was outstanding, all the fixings and presented well. well worth the money to stay at this hotel.
I have stayed many times over the past few years while my son was in college. This hotel is consistently a clean comfortable place to stay. Check in and check out are a breeze taking only a minute or two. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Close to university and shopping.
Hotel is clean, well maintained, rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff is excellent, helpfull and friendly. A breakfast is served with normal hot foods, eggs, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cold cereals, used to have hot outmeal this visit they did not.
We stay here every time we're in Grand Forks. We travel all over the country and spend over 200 nights a year away from home. This hotel ranks among the best we've ever stayed at. We are with the wind energy and the staff here are very accommodating when we can't leave the day we are supposed to and need to check back in. There are electrical plugs on several light poles in their parking lot for those of us with diesels that don't like the ND cold. You can access the coffee machine at any time... along with hot tea, fantastic apple cider mix, or hot cocoa. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The computer and printer in the lobby have always worked perfectly. The staff is fantastic! Always super friendly and willing to help on any way possible to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast. Yum! I don't typically do breakfast but this one has it all! Their pancake machine is a nice touch! Wish more hotels had them! Yum! Always plenty of bacon, sausage, yogurt, breads, biscuits and gravy... endless hot coffee. Very clean dining area. I have used the treadmill and elliptical machine several times and they work flawlessly. Just an all around awesome place to stay! I highly HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
I am a Choice Hotel reward member and stay at a Choice Hotel at least 30 times per year - while I am always happy with my experience, this was the best hotel I've stayed at for years! When we arrived, the desk clerk offered a complimentary bottle of water and a snack since I was a reward member - something I've never been offered before. Our room was spotless and beautifully appointed. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing! What stood out to me was the hot breakfast - so many options! Besides the standard cereal, yogurt and pastries, they had pancakes (instead of the requisite waffles, a welcome surprise!), biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, and even shredded cheese as a topping! I thought maybe this spread was only offered on the weekends but it was fresh and hot everyday I was there! I overslept one day and the kitchen employee, Emily, even offered to keep it open for me! The manager, Jan, came over and offered to help Emily by cleaning and straightening the tables - is rare to see a manager doing the "dirty" work so no wonder this hotel is run so well. If you are in the area and need a great place to stay, don't hesitate to call the Sleep Inn & Suites!!
Our room was nice and seemed newly renovated and up to date. The towels were excellent for a hotel in this price range. The bed was pretty comfortable and the front desk staff were really nice. We were next to the street so the sound from the cement road was really loud. We stayed for two nights and could hear every word the people said in the room next to us.
