This Hotel always has the best and friendliest staff, the hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The morning Breakfast fair is good and always filled up. highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Good location, friendly staff, and the product was in good condition. Traveling on business or staying over for a few days the hotel is easy to get to, breakfast was on par with other hotels, my room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the walls seemed to be very thin, I could hear my neighbors conversation in the other room very easily. I travel for business and noticed this right away.

Had a excellent stay here over the weekend. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Didn’t make it to the pool / hot tub area this time around, so can’t comment on that but we Will definitely be back again.

I spent two nights at the Sleep Inn in Grand Forks. It's about a mile from I29 and all kinds of restaurants and shopping and a parking lot away from the Alerus Center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in had two Queen beds, a lounge chair, desk and chair, mini fridge, and a clothes closet with an actual door. (Something about an actual closet makes it more homey :>) ). I didn't have a microwave. I'm not sure if that's standard. It's possible if you need one you're allowed to use the one in the breakfast area. Very clean room and comfortable bed, I was happy. Free breakfast is off the lobby in a comfortable setting with table and chairs, or nice upholstered side chairs. Offered were scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fruit, yogurt and probably cereal but that's something I don't look for. Cereal is like eating a bowl of sugared air in the morning. My eggs and sausage was tasty-no complaints. There is a pool but I didn't use it. I only have two semi-negative comments: one was the coffee. The coffee in the lobby/breakfast area wasn't very good. I NEED my morning coffee so that was a disappointment. Maybe if you like weak coffee you'll be fine. I made coffee in my room and couldn't drink it. I don't know if it's the coffee maker or the coffee but it had an awful flavor. The other comment is something I took for granted and didn't realize how nice it is until I didn't have it...automatic front lobby doors! Weird huh? But I'm telling you, when you're alone and carrying suitcases and equipment and have to put most of it down just to enter the hotel it's a real downer. Especially in Grand Forks in the winter with the constant wind. Whomever thought of that was not thinking from a guest perspective.

Very nice hotel. Clean with great breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler whether for business or personal. I always stay at Choice Hotels and this was a top notch hotel.

I travel for work and have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is very friendly and check in is always a breeze. The rooms are always clean and nice. The breakfast arrangement for continental breakfast is a little lacking, but it still has a decent amount of variety. I recommend if your in Grand Forks.

Theresa won a free night here and wow it is a very nice place. Check in was easy, the room was a very nice size and very clean. The bed firm but soft. The breakfast very good and tasty. Overall a very nice stay and we will stay here again.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are modern and always clean. This is one of my favorite hotels in the area. The breakfast is good. The only down side to this hotel is that it isn’t real close to much else.

Took a road trip for the holidays and spent a very pleasant night at the sleep inn. Very nice rooms, great staff and well located. Breakfast was outstanding, all the fixings and presented well. well worth the money to stay at this hotel.

I have stayed many times over the past few years while my son was in college. This hotel is consistently a clean comfortable place to stay. Check in and check out are a breeze taking only a minute or two. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Close to university and shopping.
