Stop over on way to Grand Canyon. Clean, comfortable, great value!

The hotel staff and lobby was very nice. The corridor of the building leading to my room had a strong chlorine smell. The chairs in my room were stained, mold was around the tub and the room smelled of possible mold/old smoke. I ended up not staying there.

our original room smelt like puke so we asked if we could get a new room and they were super apologetic and friendly giving us a new room.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice however the bathrooms need to be a little updated. The only issue I had was that I believe the walls are a little thin. I was able to hear the first night the people next door argue and then make up. Not very pleasant however the next night they were gone and I had a great night sleep.

Trains running at night blowing their whistles. Lounge right in front of hotel. Pool closed due to renovation of which I was not made aware of. Location was in a commercial area with an auto body shop right behind our room.

First disappointment when we checked in was to find that the pool and indoor fireplace were off limits due to construction. This was not stated on the website thru Trivago or Orbitz. Second, the sheets on 1 bed had stain sheets that looked like a grease spot. New sheets are obviously needed. But the third and biggest disappointment was in the hotel staff. Hours After we left we realized we had left behind a pair of Adidas possibly under the bed. We called the hotel and the shoes had not been turned in. So sadly i believe it had to be untrustworthy housekeepers that went home with them.

Staff was very nice and professional. But the place was under construction usually when I book it mentioned that the hotel is under construction. The pool was closed. I always book a hotel with a pool so I could swim and a gym to exercise none were opened and the place smelled like chemicals everywhere. Very disappointed

I saw some good reviews on this hotel so I decided to book it! Little did I know that the hotel was in bad condition! The beds were lumpy and both my husband and I had neck and back pain the whole trip. Then we decided to wash clothes in their washer facilities only to have both of their dryers break and we had to hang our families wet laundry all over our room! The walls were also paper thin so u could hear everything your neighbors were saying and doing! Never had enough toiletries in our room so we were constantly going to the front desk to get items ranging from towels to toilet paper! Oh and their indoor pool was closed so no family fun there! Then when we checked out not one of the front desk staff asked how our stay was! Not a pleasant experience at all!

Clean bed/room, spacious room, and friendly staff.

This hotel was great. It was in a good location. The front desk staff were really nice. The rooms were nice.

Overall it was okay. Kind of confusing because parts of the hotel isn't connected. Wish there were thicker blankets because it got cold.

Just passed through Flag as it was seven hours from our home. Arrived late and manager was quick, kind and courteous. Room (second out of three stories) was quiet, clean and comfortable, though quite cold (24 degrees outside). Room heated quickly, but tile floor in front of room and bathroom was always freezing. Bed was very comfortable, nice supportive, firm mattress. Only sheets on bed with a fuzzy sheet in between two sheets. Kids were afraid they'd be freezing, but when the room heated they were fine. We were up early and out, but were well rested. Was surprised the hotel was dog friendly.

Not there long enough to really enjoy lalalal lalal lalal

We needed a hotel last minute and they accommodated us quickly and for a good price the staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean

Good location in cool weather. Staff extra great and helpfull
