The room was clean and quiet. The motel is near the highway. There is a supermarket just a block away which was nice since they did not provide any breakfast.

Bathroom lacks a fan (just a window). Walls are thin. Fluorescent lighting should be replaced with LED lighting. Lobby reeks of Indian spices. Trains pass through the area several times per night. Bed seems crappy but sleeps better than one would expect.

The rooms are very small and it made it hard for two people move around at the same time. It also sits next to the train tracks but that did not interfere with our sleep.

I canceled the room and still got charged the 2 days and a cacelation fee. Looking at it from the front, you’d expect to see this motel on the side of an old highway in a horror movie.

The room was very inexpensive and small, but perfect for what I needed for the weekend. The staff were pleasant. I was happy to have the mini fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was also very clean. People should not expect a high end hotel, but for the price it was nice quality. I would stay there again.

Its near train tracks but the sound isn't too bad, there is grocery store near by.

You could hear the train from the room. The sound of the engine was really loud.

Great receptionist. Provided me with a free razor since I forgot mine! Breakfast was great as well hot waffles!!

This is a typical rte 66 style 50's hotel which has been modernized and restored to better than original condition. The rooms are small, but include a large flatscreen, free cable, small microwave and 4cu ft fridge. The bathroom has a large shower, no bathtub, but the sinks are new. There is no carpet anywhere so the place can be kept clean. Construction is exposed painted double brick which keeps noise down. There is no restaurant or other amenities, but the price is right-- same as the Motel 6, but the beds are much better. The hotel is owned by a delightful Indian family who aims to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Overnight stay close to rental car facility AND the Amtrak station. Wouldn’t want to stay longer but was ideal for what we needed.

Satisfactory for the price. There was an open gap at bottom of door that allowed cold air into the room so the laminate floors were always cold, especially the bathroom! Need a source of heat in the bathroom!!!

The Relax Inn is well-located away from the crush of downtown Flagstaff, has been recently renovated, is all one-story, is all non-smoking, has plenty of parking, and is more than reasonably-priced.

Rooms have been sort of renovated recently. The bathroom is quite small and very cold. The bed was comfy and it was nice enough considering the price. I would call it a decent, pretty clean no-frills motel room. No bed bugs, which is great considering the huge problem they are having with then in Arizona.
