Good stay for the money, shower was hot, bed comfortable.

No frills - good value for money. Good location.

Good value for money. Good location. Single level.

Needs lots of renovations. Towels were stained, space heater for the room

Just about the cheapest place in downtown. Stayed here twice, one of the rooms had some minor maintenance issues and the other was fine. Good value for money.

While it was low cost, there was no heat for the room I was booked into, more than half the power outlets didn't work, there was obvious maintenance issues that haven't been addressed in the bathroom or the bedroom area in a long time.

I was late in checking into my room but the staff were so friendly and kind, they didn’t make me feel bad at all. Very personable care, rooms were immaculately clean and checking out was fast and simple. There aren’t a lot of outlets and the walls are pretty thin, but everything was cozy and I look forward to staying there again in the future!

Property was older. Bed was comfortable. Shower average strength, water was hot as you want. No security latch, had deadbolt and lock looked new. Room was cleaned daily. Good tv. Location good. Walk to happening part of town was 8minutes. Really overall good for the price.

This motel was such a nightmare we didn’t even stay. Checked in, went to our room, saw what a disgusting mess it was, and left. I wasn’t expecting much and simply needed somewhere for me and my family to get a few hours rest... this motel didn’t even suffice for that.

Convenient and quiet location, clean room, very nice and accommodating owner; great value for the price.

The staff was so kind and friendly! This isn't a fancy hotel but its clean and safe.

The hotel over all is in a prime location for Flagstaff, yet the rooms itself are run down. There was a huge crack in one of the walls, which they filled with white stucco type stuff that didn't match the wall color. The air conditioning didn't work, old looking curtains and bedspread and the carpets appeared stained. Definitely in need of major updates. Only plus is the front desk guy was polite and friendly.

The hospitality was great, but....! Had guys walking by middle school girls rooms asking them "Want to pound a few beers with us?" in front of the girls chaperone. No morals! Parking wasn't so great. The driveway entrance was too close to stop light (almost rear ended our other vehicle turning in). The rooms could us some touch-ups, but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was huge, the showers were great, and the heating was awesome for being in 26 degree temperatures.

The room was extremely small, the A/C unit was so loud we couldn't use it. There was less than one set of towels in the room, but we were able to get more. There was no phone book so we couldn't find the list of restaurants near by. There was no ice machine available (and if there was, there was no one to ask where it was located). The Continental breakfast had no milk, no cereal, and there was no one there to check out.

This was the worst motel I have ever been in. I only stayed 1 hour while I looked for an other hotel to stay at. I wouldn't even put my dogs up at a place like that. [...] I want my money back.

I thought I was in the movie 'Vacancy' they should have paid us to stay there. Front desk employee was rude and had no social skills, they skipped us on room service and room smelled like cat and dog urine. Thank god our stay was just to visit NAU campus or I would have gone somewhere else!!

The staff was very helpful on information pertaining to outside the hotel.

This place was terrible. I want my money back. I did not stay there. I went down the street after the man did not give me my money back. [...]

Liked the price and that's about it.. my room was sooo cold and smelled like gas.

If you simply want a place to stay for the night the place is good but for comfort or relaxation, not good.
