Quality of room and amenities was excellent. No complimentary breakfast option was included, which was disappointing, but a brunch and snacks were available for additional cost.

Loved the location and the staff. Right around the corner there was places to eat. We were about 7 minutes from all the main attractions. Only bummer no frig or microwave in any of the rooms.

Nice, big room. Pretty pool area. Movie theater nearby.

At check in they said the restaurant and bar would be open at 5pm. They told us to feel free to use the pool and hot tub. We came down for dinner and was told the restaurant and bar would be closed due to staffing issues. We went to the pool and there was a note on the door that the pool heater was broken. I read some reviews since returning and people were complaining about the pool being broken in early April. It must have been that way for a while. We had to walk across to a neighboring hotel to get something to eat. I should have known something was wrong when they billed be for two nights at check in when most hotels bill you at check out. Do not book this hotel. You will be very disappointed.

Soap for “face and body” burned my eyes. Doors all banged into each other. They wouldn’t provide a complimentary water bottle after we had traveled for 450 miles all day. No breakfast. Small room - old mattress.

Hotel is very nice. Might not be too far off from needing a renovation (in a year or two). Front desk computers were down or slow. Delayed check in. Otherwise adequate service - not above and beyond (for what it’s worth). Suite w/ sofa bed - no extra bedding in room. Had ti ask front desk - housekeeping took care of it quickly. Restaurant/bar closed (our stay was a Saturday night). Would have been convenient ti eat at hotel rather than go out. Overall would rate 3.5 out of 5. Good, but not exceptional.

The hotel was a quick drive from all the main attractions and yet easy to access. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed to microwave our dinners from the store.

We always stay here in Gettysburg. It was subpar compared to past trips. There was no maid service or turndown. Had to call to get fresh towels. Our room was unexpectedly tied up for several hours for a shower door repair. It was hot and muggy and smelled of mildew.

The hotel was clean and the decor was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is in a great location and very near many of the city’s attractions! Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to others.
