I only have one concern about the hotel and this could pertain only to the room I stayed in. Even though the bathroom facilities were very nice, I had to run the shower on the hottest setting for 10 minutes before I was able to take a shower.

Nice, nice pool, restaurant walking fist. But for the price they charge you for the microwave.

Stayed here for the wine festival which was a very short walk.

Hotel very elegant and room proved to be the same. Offering free continental breakfast would have been a great added feature when you are spending over 100.00 for a room. Other than that it was an exceptional stay.

Nice hotel rude staff. Go to Marriott 10ft away! Hotel was clean, the staff will not be polite. They tried to change me $25. for an extra 30 mins. Check out is 11:30 not, 11:45 end quote... yea, no thanks, here the thing as a consumer, we have choices. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was not cramped at all. The room had a real thermostat (I guess that is becoming more and more common, but I really like that). I thought the breakfast buffet was over priced. It had a great selection, but I am in the middle of a rural area in PA, not Chicago or New York. The price seemed out of line. I completely hated the WiFi. It was so slow I thought I was on dial up again. I did a speed test and it was downloading at a rate of 1.5 Mbps. It is ridiculous to be at a single digit number for WiFi speed.

No issues to report, nice hotel. Clean and updated, accommodating staff.

All aspects of the hotel were superior in that dining room staff including Linda & Josie always made each dinner much more pleasant, Linda insured that I had a great table when I brought guests for dinner & Josie insured that each request was carried out. At the desk, Tanya took the time to procure theatre tickets as well as assist me with demonstrating proper usage of my smart phone. My housekeeper, "Mama Maria" kept my quarters in impeccable condition and insured that I always had decaf coffee available. Both Sheila & Maggie who managed the great market on premises always had needed products on hand and even took time to obtain raisins, one morning, for my oatmeal. Juan Mesias had a kind word for me daily, answered many questions and made my visit even better. Wyndham Gettysburg is undoubtedly a fine hotel. Sincerely, Bill Reagan USAF fighter pilot Ret.

This was a great hotel! Appearance, access to city and highways, restaurant and bar in hotel, nearby to other eating, staff, clean was top notch and beat my expectations. Only complaint would be extremely flat overused pillows

Brought 4 employees to the area for a work trip. Great location to visit downtown...

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Apparently a failed development near Gettysburg. Miles out of town with absolutely nothing to do although advertised as near the heart of town. Had to break up staff discussion at check-in although I think we might have been the only guests at this large but eerily quiet ghost town. We found the "complimentary" bottles of water half empty, internet service to be spotty at best and requiring a reboot each time accessed. Inquired about breakfast in the morning and was told by a recent hire (maybe that morning) that breakfast would be served starting at 6:30 and to come back. It was 7:10 at the time. We left immediately and had a nice breakfast at Perkins and kept on going.

It was one of my best hotels I stayed at and services where awesome, room's are big and comfortable.

Very nice room and staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel!

third time stay here. excellent all. large rooms. great staff. great restaurant, manager and servers all great. a lot of parking, and beautifully decorated fitting to Gettysburg. hersheys hotel too expensive this one is only an hour away and well priced .

The hotel was very nice and clean. They did not charge us for the microwave, but the refrigerator was making a noise!!

beautiful and clean. staff are helpful. extremely well decorated based on history. plenty of parking, excellent restaurant and food. great for family or get away vacations.

Stay at the Wyndham every Thanksgiving holiday. Always a great experience - nice pool too.

The staff at Wyndham is outstanding. We like to travel with our dog (10 yr old black lab), an the Wyndham is accommodating. One evening, something spooked the dock, and he started to bark. The Hotel called me right away and asked if it was OK to check on him...He was OK, however, they took the trouble to take him out for a quick walk and let him stay at the front desk until we finished dinner and could get back to the hotel...he was treated like a king! We also had dinner at the Hotel's Dining room on Saturday night. We were in town for Parent's weekend at Gettysburg College Parent's Weekend (our son is a Senior, so we have stayed at the Wyndham on a number of occasions). The number in our dinner party shifted around a number of times, so we needed to amend the reservations accordingly. The Dining Room manager and his staff could not have been more helpful and understanding.

Had a very nice stay. One thing that needs attention though is the bathtub/shower. The bathtub was very slippery. Really needs something to make it safe.

Great hotel, well worth the price , very nice furniture and pictures in lobby and first floor
