Pool was cold and not heated. When brought to their attention it was reported that maint has no control of the pool temp. We took my 7 yo grandson with us and wanted a pool.wlukd have not checked in had we known about the pool. There was also mold in the pool room at the windows. We saw an ad that this hotel was newly renovated and there is no way. Should have gone elsewhere. This is a Franchise location which explains some of the concerns. The facility needs upgrading. Room was clean and there was hot water for showers. Breakfast was not bad.

If cleanliness is a must then stay away from this location. Mold in the tub, the shower held water, water damage to the ceiling, the toilet leaked, stains on the blankets, food spill on the side of the bed, refrigerator smelled terrible…we probably shouldn’t have stayed but we were too tired to try to find other accommodations. The pool was tiny. Breakfast was okay except for expired yogurt and weird eggs.
The hotel was simple and fit our needs, but the lack of housekeeping should have been announced upfront. We were a group of four and never got soap towels, etc. after day one and we were there a few nights. Awesome location near historical sights and only 20 mins from Liberty Ski Resort
The facilities were OK. But I found the front desk staff less than friendly. When I tried to check out, there was no one at the front desk or in the lobby. Don’t stay here if you expect any type of service.
Did not care for a life saver candy or mint dissolved on carpet between bed and nightstand
The breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins and yogurt. Barely a continental breakfast. They claimed Covid, but we stayed the night before at a Hampton and they had a full breakfast. They’re just being cheap. There were stink bugs in the window. The shower had zero pressure. It was convenient to the town.

Upon arrival the main lobby appeared dark (main chandelier was not on) and had a heavy chlorine smell from the indoor pool. The attendant was not at the desk but arrived within a few minutes but was not very friendly. Room was clean and beds were cozy enough with clean sheets. A/C worked great and the shower was reasonably clean with good pressure and drainage. I would recommend more light and more USB ports for charging and cables near the bedside. Also recommend getting the most friendly person possible at a check in desk that’s the main point of contact for an establishment.

Checked into the room and found that only the sheets had been cleaned. There were rings on the nightstand and Cheetos on the floor. There were crumbs on the edge of the bed skirt and cereal pieces all over. The bathroom floor had plastic on it and the grout was Soo dirty. I went down to the person at the desk and asked for another room. She said they were very busy and had no other rooms. She offered to go up and clean the room. We were headed out to a ghost tour so I said it was ok. The room had been cleaned when we arrived back but you could still see the rag wipes on the nightstand. I wore socks while in the room just while walking around that were very dirty when I took them off. Gross. We would not stay here again.
