This is a CAMP site cabin, NOT GLAMPKING. That said, clean and great value. Great location if visiting Gettysburg historical sites.

The location was great for getting to everything but being somewhere quiet as well. The only thing I didn't like was that it got a little hot in the cabin and you are not allowed to put the air conditioner down past 70 degrees.

This is camping, if you are looking a relaxing outdoor space this is it. Accommodation for my family of 6 was perfect. It gave us all what we needed in a place to stay while traveling south.

Cabin had potential, but fails on cleanliness

Overall the cabin was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, major issue with ants, wasn’t a fan of the shower. A couple of positives were the location and fishing at the lake. Would never stay again, but glad we gave it a try. If we go back to Gettysburg, it definitely would be at the KOA.

I stayed at Drummer Boy Campground and RV, and it was a really great experience. The campground is very big, so you should bring a bike or wear good walking shoes, because there is a lot of space to cover. I actually liked how big it was, since there was always something to see and do. Everyone there was very friendly, and it felt super safe the whole time. That made it even more enjoyable. There are also tons of activities for families, so kids and adults can all have fun. Whether you’re hanging out at the campground or heading out to explore, there’s always something going on. One of the best parts is that Drummer Boy is really close to Gettysburg. If you’re interested in history, this campground is perfect because you can easily visit all the battlefields, museums, and other historic sites nearby. It’s awesome for families who like to learn about the past while also enjoying the outdoors. We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was very comfortable. The cabins have most of what you need for a couple nights, but if you plan to cook, you should bring your own pots, pans, or cooking tools. The cabins are cozy and clean, and they make a great choice if you don’t have an RV. Overall, I highly recommend Drummer Boy Campground and RV. It’s fun, safe, close to amazing history, and a perfect spot for families.

Over all a real nice place and would come back again. Its big, but you still feel secluded. Only reason its not a full 5 so I’ll say 4.7. There was an occasional smell of sewage, the cabins are older but clean and if it isn’t a weekend you can’t access the golf or get firewood. Overall great experience and would recommend it if staying in the area especially with kids.

Cabin at Drummerboy

Cabin was small but cozy, kids had a blast. Some of the marketing shows a really cool slide at one of the pools but this slide has been removed, kids were a little disappointed but still had fun.
