Excellent location, good hotel, great staff, except... breakfast is a disaster - more like a junior school lunch room.

Very friendly staff, easy to find, close to Gettysburg battlefield, attractive setting for breakfast

We loved the location right next to Gettysburg Cemetery, walking distance to restaurants. Helpful staff. Full breakfast.

Great location for walking to the battlefield and cemetery area. Easy drive to the visitor center. Good food options within walking distance and many shops right off the property.

breakfast was not a good value at all. the Hotel was very basic ..not updated but was close to down town

I went to the area for the 150th anniversay of Lincoln's Gettysburg speech and what an amazing experience I had. This hotel provided the perfect location for the official ceremonies as it took me all of a 3 min walk to get there. The staff was one of a kind, breakfast each morning was great, and the room was very comfortable. wlking distance to many of the attractions/museums in the area and a very short drive to the center of town.

Decent place to stay could use some remodeling in the bathroom. Price seemed a bit high for the room during the off season.

We stayed here for three nights in Sept so we could explore the Gettysburg area. The location was perfect as it was literally right next to the Gettysburg Military Park. The room was clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. It had a small breakfast but included both hot and cold choices. We will definitely stay here again.

The bed....oh goodness the bed. It was hard as a rock. The pillows, they are roughly the size of your head, and nothing more, so don't expect those to be comfortable either. My husband and I were fighting over them because the were so small. We joked because there was a sign on the bed stating how they knew how important a nights sleep was, so the mattress was supposedly wonderful and so were the pillows...um, nope. The rooms could use some updates, but that's the least of their issues. The free breakfast was lacking. The only hot food they had were sausage rounds and weird looking round fake egg patties....no thanks. We passed on a free breakfast, that's how lacking it was! When I come back to the Gettysburg area, I can guarantee you I will not be staying here again.

We had wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time because of its great location. The room was clean and comfortable however, the bathroom was very small and the toilet was way too low. We stayed here the beginning of April so we had one warm day and one wintery day. The outside stairs are ceramic tile so when it was wet they were very slippery. Not a great choice! Overall, a decent motel with the exception of the bathroom and stairs.

This hotel was pretty much in line with my expectations. The most positive feature is location - right next to the Park and near the Visitor's Center, and within walking distance of restaurants, other venues, etc. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and my daughter enjoyed the pool (particularly the diving board). I would stay there again.

About as close to the Battlefield as you can get! Outdoor pool and a quaint complimentary breakfast cottage. Air conditioning was adequate but couldn't lower temp to chilly.

During our stay we found the rooms to be very clean, staff very courteous, good location. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We normally stay in a different hotel but picked this one because of the indoor pool. The location was great because it was walking distance to the battlefield, shops and eateries. The room was ok...a little dated but nice. There were only two, uncomfortable chairs to sit on instead of the bed. The fridge wouldn't keep things cold. The pool was the biggest problem. I felt the need to shower just walking in the pool area. There was about two inches of mold on the bottom of the wall near the inside of the poll area. The floor had a slick, slimy feeling to it. We also had to book a room as only 2 adults so we could get the kind bed. We have a toddler and need to share the bed t o make sure he doesn't fall out of bed. If we booked the room including him it gave us the option of 2 full beds which wouldn't work.

When I first arrived, I was told the king room I booked was not available; a room with two doubles was. This was not acceptable and only after 20 minutes of waiting for a manager, was a room "found". The room itself was good and the location was very convenient. They provide a free breakfast, but the meat was not to temperature and caused some pretty bad stomach problems for us for the next two days. Not what you want on a driving vacation. I would not book there again.

We loved that it was so close to the Battlefields! After hours of exploring the fields, it was easy to come back to the room, relax, freshen up and go back out again. The breakfast house was great and the staff there was very friendly. We def plan to stop there again.

Our stay at this Quality Inn was exceptional. It was an ideal location to explore. The pool was wonderfully warm for relaxing later; so many places keep it so cold you can't bare to go in. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. Difficult to get anything just before they close. Could keep it open until 11am and ascertain items are kept filled.

Nice room in a nice location. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Great value compared to other places nearby.

Lovely staff. Arrived early, but front desk arranged it so all I would have to do is go back to pick up the keys. Rooms were convenient to all locations we wished to visit. Rooms were very clean. Beds were kind of lumpy, as were the pillows. I also found a couple of bugs in my husband's water glass the next morning. Told front desk who apologized and noted it down right away for maintenance. Would definitely stay there again.

I wasn't to comfortable in this room. It needs to improve the breakfast menu and vary every day
