The room was not bad at all, the staff was friendly. Reasons for my 3 star review was that the heat stopped working in the middle of the night, or I should say very early morning. Too late to switch rooms or have someone come look at it. So we woke up to a very cold room. It was in the teens outside. I can’t blame the hotel just our bad luck. Also ( and also not the hotel or staff’s fault) but who ever was staying above us either had a child with shoes made out of bricks or they just stomp as they walk? Either way it was loud at night and in the morning. Again both instances were not the hotel or staff’s fault. I’m sure under normal circumstances this would’ve been a lovely stay.

While not a luxury hotel, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, the room clean and spacious for its class. The breakfast while not sumptuous was perfect for saving time and money

The staff was loud the first night, although they rectified that. The location is central to everything in Gettysburg. The bed left a lot to be desired. Very uncomfortable, and it continued to roll from the head board. The coffee machine was fantastic!
