Hot tub wasnt hot and was dirty we ate at breakfast at hotel and waited forever becauae there wasnt enough staff ,the food was old and we all got sick our first day which was unpleasant ..we are Hilton members and none of that mattered either ...it was just ok stay .wouldnt stay there again

The staff was interesting. Some of them were very nice and others not so much. I was with a client there and they wouldn't give her a bottle of water that was on the counter saying she wasn't a club member. It was silly. Its water. They wouldn't sell my customer a bottle of wine because she wasn't having food there. She had food an hour earlier there. More sillyness. The cook super over the top nice.

This is a very nice hotel!! It offers great amentities, I wish we could have stayed longer than just the one night. Gettysburg was just a pit stop on our way to D.C. and I’m so glad we stayed here. Tim checked us in and he was absolutely amazing. He gave us recommendations for dinner that night and even some for our time in D.C.! Overall great hotel, we would definitely stay here again.

Close to many food options downtown and the Gettysberg sites

Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, nighttime cookies. It doesn't get any better.

We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly but at dinner she was very uncertain and didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. At breakfast both women were friendly but again seemed very unsure of what to do. The hotel is nice and very convenient to Gettysburg.

We stayed on a trip to Gettysburg. While it's a short drive, it's not close to downtown or many of the historic sites. There was plenty of parking, our rooms were clean and well furnished. It had the beds that let you adjust the firmness and they worked well. Linens were all clean and well appointed. The pool is smaller and the hot tub is too, but they all were clean. The staff were terrific and went out of their way to keep us more than pleased. The only complaint is that we were right off the elevator. The hotel was not very full, so I would have preferred a different placement. The frequent dinging of the elevator and hearing everyone who got on or off the elevator and all their conversations.

The hotel was beautiful the service was exceptional. The staff was eager to answer questions. The lady at the front desk was local to the area and was willing to help with directions or places to visit

Hotel was very clean. Very nice and comfortable lobby. Staff was very friendly. No charge for parking. Would definitely recommend

Hotel is located on major road 5 minutes outside town, shopping center w/24 hr supermarket/drug store adjacent. Clean, modern facility with good parking.
