The Jacuzzi was inoperative. I was lookin forward to a hot soak.
Hot tub wasnt hot and was dirty we ate at breakfast at hotel and waited forever becauae there wasnt enough staff ,the food was old and we all got sick our first day which was unpleasant ..we are Hilton members and none of that mattered either ...it was just ok stay .wouldnt stay there again
Very clean rooms and very accomodating staff. The bathroom was a little drab and dated, but overall clean.
The staff was interesting. Some of them were very nice and others not so much. I was with a client there and they wouldn't give her a bottle of water that was on the counter saying she wasn't a club member. It was silly. Its water. They wouldn't sell my customer a bottle of wine because she wasn't having food there. She had food an hour earlier there. More sillyness. The cook super over the top nice.

This is a very nice hotel!! It offers great amentities, I wish we could have stayed longer than just the one night. Gettysburg was just a pit stop on our way to D.C. and I’m so glad we stayed here. Tim checked us in and he was absolutely amazing. He gave us recommendations for dinner that night and even some for our time in D.C.! Overall great hotel, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, nighttime cookies. It doesn't get any better.
We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly but at dinner she was very uncertain and didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. At breakfast both women were friendly but again seemed very unsure of what to do. The hotel is nice and very convenient to Gettysburg.
