Nice family hotel
Very clean, close to bus lines and great staff! Also, we were given a free bus pass for duration of stay!
In the room with two twin beds, the bathroom is super tiny. The window was broken and covered in cardboard, there was no mention of this upon check in. I had to give a deposit for the television remote!

Hotel is a bit wierd with their Bicycle thiemes, and wierd rooms but a good wierd...I liked it in the end...everything fuctioned superbly...it has a 5 starr rating...as they explained to me it is a self appointed rating....a bit wierd again....Great location, great breakfast, wierd but in a way very good rooms......
I've been a returning customer of this hotel since 2010 it has never disappointed me. Friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient location there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the tram stop is only 5-min walk. I'd highly recommend staying at NX Rex, especially to families traveling with children.
Staff was really nice, but the hotel is rundown and in need of major renovations. The carpet was really old and dirty and shower did not have a curtain. Everything else was rather mediocre.

Was in Geneva for a conference and decided to bring the family. Even before we arrived, [...] worked with me by email on both the price, the room and the extra bed we would need. When we got there, the room was ready - great size for a European hotel (I've stayed in other Geneva hotels for 2x the price and half the space). Breakfast was good, and only 'expensive" if you compare it with the McDonald's just around the corner. We liked the staff - specially [...], who waited with us at 3 AM for our cab, shared espresso and made us want to come back!
We spent three days there exploring the city, while not many things are within walking distance of the hotel, the city's public transportation is clean and efficient, and enables you to get to any of the museums, the lakefront, or anywhere else you might want to go in the city. Our room was clean and quiet.

The staff was helpful, which was the only major plus. Otherwise, it was a bit of a walk from the train station and not close to any attractions. The room was quaint but rather dirty with stains on the floor. The beds were uncomfortable.
The staff were quite helpful and friendly. The room stated a queen which was two individually made twin beds next to each other. On top of this discrepancy the beds had a description about how they were designed for ones comfort which was misleading given how uncomfortable the beds were. The Westin has good beds designed for ones comfort other NH's do too however this hotel does not.
We had a great stay at NH Rex. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were great, they also had robes and slippers if you wanted them. A real treat after traveling around Europe! They also gave free tram passes, and were in a pretty close location to the city center.

Went on a health conference. not enough tv channel that carries english program. we watch CNN for the 6 days while there because there were no other station that has english programs. the hotel needs to definately improve on that.
