By my mistake, we booked this property for 2 people vs. 3 required as my daughter was staying with us for 2 of the 4 nights. We discovered the error when we arrived. For a room rented for a little more than $200 a night, we were charged an incremental $75 for 4 nights for two sheets, a pillow, and a towel that were only used for 2 of the 4 nights. Overall, the place is nice, but the sitting area is a bit tired. Couch quite stained etc. Bathroom is also a bit dated. Neighbors upstairs are quite loud and up very late moving furniture every night?? Location in the Old Town was perfect for what we were looking for.

Old Town Larem Suites..great

Wonderful spot in Old Town. Owner/manager very responsive. As it is an apartment we had to arrange rendezvous. I would highly recommend and we hope to be back next summer

Improvements and attention to detail.

This could have been a fabulous place with a few attention to detail commitments. For example, no walk through was conducted to determine cleanliness, toiletries were not provided the first day and needed to be brought the next day, the dish towel was extremely dirty, sponges in the kitchen were old and dirty. The bed was damaged with broken slat boards that did not hold up the mattress. This is my biggest complaint. Furniture should have been serviceable especially the bed.

Well located apartment with helpful manager

You could not get a better located apartment in the Old Town. The decor is dated but the amenities and appliances are excellent. the manager was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Average garson with one room. No bathtub, shower only. Towels poor quality and inadequate number. Night noise significant. No airconditioning.
