Perfect location for our Christmas trip! Few minutes walk to the old town and about 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market which was ideal for us. Cosy room was lovely, shower was amazing! Pillows rubbish but that’s a preference thing.. staff were all fab, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but location was wonderful! Would definitely come back here!

The room was well kept and comfortable for our stay of 9 nights! Very quiet, the shower was perfect and the size of the room was just right! Would recommend this to anyone who would like to be close the city center and have access by foot to public transportation. The breakfast was great, and would not change or add anything to it.

Great location, very clean. Stayed in a cosy room, it lived up to it's name. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We opted for the drinks voucher instead of the room clean for the weekend. This was a nice option and the cocktail's we got were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room on the main street and very noisy with poor noise insulation. Lots of trams passing by day and night and if there is building works. You’re in for a bad nights sleep. The accessibility to the hotel and inside moving around the hotel is not clear and can be confusing and can involves. Breakfast buffet available and service staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and location, rooms are modern and spacious - fabulous views on higher floor. Only let down is front desk staff, they were quite rude and unhelpful. It didn’t spoil our stay but they could do with customer service training!
