Just a few mins from the train station and an easy walk to the old town, safe and secure location. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. Me and my son stayed two nights and found the place very comfortable and a good value for a quick and enjoyable visit. Thank you.

The bed and pillows were excellent. Location convenient to walk everywhere. Staff was the best!!! Breakfast delicious. Room spacious. Would stay again. The only thing not always working properly was air conditioning.

Great location however that’s where it ends. Check in was so slow and the party in front of us had so many demands and requests that it took forever for anyone to acknowledge us and check us in. Front desk kept saying the minibar was complimentary with our type of room but they meant that we have ACCESS to the mini fridge, the items inside are not free. This is probably a language barrier but this should be clear to the guests so they don’t accidentally drink a $12 soda. Rooms are pretty clean but they’re outdated.

There is a major construction just in front. Only one elevator was working long waiting times. They do offer parking Spaces but they have only one key to open it so every time you need your car you have to pick up the key and drive back to deliver it again. They do not refill your Nespresso capsel.

Lovely stay in a great hotel. Breakfast was perfect every day, on our first day we had a great platter of cheese, meats and bread from the bar, and all of the staff were delightful. The hotel is in a wonderful central location and offers fantastic value for money - well connected with public transport, close to restaurants and shops and walkable to most places too. You get a free Geneva travel pass for public transport which is amazing. The room was lovely… my one criticism of our stay was that the aircon was horrendously ineffective. We were a bit warm every night and that’s only April - I don’t think I would have been happy in the summer. The windows do open but it’s too noisy to sleep with them open.
