Outstanding customer service. Very helpful in every way. Front desk supervisor went out of her way to help us. A most enjoyable experience
The location in the old city next to the armory - hence the name - is excellent. The rooms are big and charming. Mine was under a dormer and had oak floors. The restaurant, the oldest one in Geneva, is fabulous. So much fondue to try, so little time!
