AC in room was struggling!

The weather in Geneva has been extremely hit. Highs of 98 for our .3-day stay. Our room was comfortable, but the AC unit in our room NEVER cooked the room down. Sleeping fir the 3-night stay was very challenging!!!

Hotel Tiffany is very conveniently located in a walking distance to Old Town, to Lake Geneva and local beach. 15-min uber drive from Geneva airport. Plenty of dining options around and shopping. Older hotel but comfortable room. The air conditioning worked well. I also was able to use their sauna and hamam. That was a very nice bonus after a day of walking. The personnel was very nice and helpful.

Love this little quaint hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great area if you’re traveling to learn more about Geneva. Easy walks to local parks, theater, the old town, public monuments, shopping, and awesome food places. Loved the art deco look of the hotel. Great welcome reception. Good help when we had questions. Good advice for Restaurants. We’ll definitely go back here when we’re in Geneva next time.

The bathroom was amazing - newly renovated and spacious. We had a lovely sitting area where we could visit with our travelling friends. They had fridge and air conditioning. The staff were helpful. Close to all the sights and in the old town. Co-op grocery store around the corner. Tram stop 1 block away. It is a very old hotel and the lobby looks a bit worn but has that old elegance feel. Very happy with our choice and would recommend to others.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the air condition was broken but would be repaired later that day. When we found out a few hours later that day that it would not be fixed until three days later, we immediately checked out before we even stayed one night and asked for a refund. The room was stifling hot. We had trouble speaking with the hotel manager despite several attempts. We were only refunded $75 of the $500. Other guests were having similar problems. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, a good distance from city centre so nice and quiet, polite staff and clean room. Air con did not work, staff knew and did not say, fridge did not work and breakfast options were limited. Very good bathroom facilities and very nice ambiance.

We arrived to learn that the A/C was not working but would be comped for breakfast. Checked the comments too late on this site after checking in and discovered the A/C was out for at least 3 weeks. Would have appreciated the option to change hotels as sleeping was nearly impossible and the bar was closed during our stay. Amex is no longer an option for this hotel thru Expedia. Hotel staff were friendly and understanding but I would confirm that the a/c is working during a summer visit and bar/restaurant is open prior to booking.
