Executive Rooms are falsely advertised as being suitable for up to 4 people; with a lounge area. There is no lounge area, three of us in a room that was far too small; with missing amenities and not even enough pillows. False advertising. Room suitable for a couple or maybe a family of four (at a push!). Room service advertised as being every day until 11pm - this isn’t true. Lots of drinks unavailable in the restaurant. Room wasn’t ready in time. Location close to centre but very dark at night and sadly lots of homeless out the front of hotel area. Token gesture of chocolates from manager, but no help or acknowledgment of the false advertising or issues! If staying in Geneva, it’s one to avoid.

Cute Swiss cabin interior in the heart of the city. Perfectly situated for free transport, bus to tram/train, easy to get to and from Geneva airport and lake is also walkable. Generous sized room & lovely bathroom with the best shower. Hotel restaurant amazing, delicious food and fabulous atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary trip to Geneva. The staff was always very friendly and ready with suggestions and recommendations for us throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location for being near a lot of different restaurants, (don't miss the hotel restaurant and the ramen place across the street!), some shopping, and it's by the lake. It's also an easy walk to all the public transportation stops, including just down the street from the bus depot where we met our tour excursions. It couldn't have been more convenient. Although there was always something happening on the street below it was quiet in our room and we weren't high up, so that was nice. The room was charming, very clean and comfortable with all modern upgrades. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit!
