Charming hotel near the train station and near the city centre. Small but confortable.

Nice Hotel, a little scary as we were on the 6th floor with no visible fire escape. Elevator supposedly could handle 4 people at once, but they had to average 160 lbs., and it would still be tight. Restaurant was forgettable.

Location is Close to Lake Geneva. Staff is Very Welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Staff is Great / 5 Stars. Restaurant is very nice. Rooms are rather small and even though called Edelweiss and goes with mountainous Chalet decor it is all rather kitchy... Too Few outlets to charge electronics as well. In front of Hotel is square on which some homeless (harmless totally) sleep usually and congregate. So if you facing square and open window - hear talks etc in the middle of night. IF come by car be aware that Hotel doesn’t have own parking and have to park at Manor Hotel Group sister hotel - Kipling’s. Even though straight quarter of mile or so by foot, BUT if coming with a car - good luck finding one car entrance to Kipling’s hotel underground small garage. Being delayed due to airline and jet lagged after transatlantic flight around 12 am finding parking at that hotel at narrow streets, Many one way and pedestrian only was not fun... Google maps was re-routing and re-routing and re-routing and found myself in the middle of Red Light district with ladies on the street / turned out only a block or so away.... Anyways - Staff is Simply Great and tries to Help and Goes Above and Beyond.... Other than that As Above. Overall Was Ok....

Pros: Very close to a bus line, extremely clean, very friendly staff, all new decor, AMAZING blow dryer, gave free transportation pass in Geneva for full stay Cons: Unlikely to check in early, walls were very thin and woke up from neighbors coming home late at night

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edelweiss. This hotel is centrally located and a quick walk from the train station. Due to a airline snafu our reservation was complex and potential covered 3 different rooms. The hotel staff was very accommodating and provided an upgrade so we could remain in the same room. We were traveling with an infant and the Hotel was able to provide a crib.

Verey pleasant place to stay. A little pricey, but then again Geneva is the most expensive city in the world.

Staff was ok. Location was ok. Hotel looked way better in picture, rather then in person. The restaurant show was one of a kind, but I liked it.

Well located, exceptionally clean and comfortable, but a little on the cute side with excessive Swiss decor

The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of most tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops! It is well priced considering everything in Geneva is so expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean!

Very convenient and has a fun, kitchy swiss theme. We got in too late to try the restaurant but it did mean the whole hotel smelled like cheese (which I suppose added to the ambiance). Also the elevator was so small we could barely fit two people in it and thought we might die the entire time we were using it. But as far as overpriced geneva hotels went this one was fine.

The room was clean, location is good, entertainment at the restaurant is very good... The overall Swiss prices are very high though, but I had a pretty good time!

Buena ubicación, cerca de estación de tren y del centro histórico
