Perfect location if traveling via train to and from Geneva. Old town approx 15 min walk. Very small room though and it’s a bit stuffy unless you sleep with the window open. Bring earplugs due to city noise.

If you are travelling by train it doesnt get more convenient than this. From the bottom of the train station the concourse goes under the street then an escalator goes up to about 20 feet from the door of the hotel. Walking distance to river, old town and many interesting spots. We walked to the united nations in about 15 min, but the tram also stops right out front. Many restaurants in the area, and a Starbucks out the back door. Room was small but very nicely appointed. My pet peeve with hotels is a lack of counter space in the bathroom, but this one delivered in a big way. Loved it. My only complaint was the breakfast. At 18F which converts to approx $30 Cdn coffee was terrible, selection was limited and it was understaffed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, room was a decent size, and had a comfy bed. The hotel is directly across the road from the train station, ideal if you have late arrivals or early departure. Easy walk down to the lakefront area as well, and an underground shopping centre is almost directly out the door. Lifts are tiny, even more so than usual for European hotels, in the smaller of the two lifts, myself, my bag & backpack took up the whole lift space. Plenty of restaurants around, but all are very expensive as you’d expect in Switzerland.

Great position for public transportation.

The staff did a wonderful job! The floors in the bathrooms were so clean at times they actually looked wet because it's so glassy clean. I don't remember if we booked the largest size room that this hotel offers but as we have been traveling for a number of weeks, having three bags in the space of this room was challenging. The new provide shelving very very well. Breakfast was well worth the price and the convenience. Disadvantage although we did not really hear much noise is that it is directly across from the station. Many might find that in advantage if you are very adept at using public transportation as the ground rail system was there also. There is no valet or porter and no place to park in front of the hotel to drop off your bags. You have to transport your bags from the car in the parking garage and then take the elevator up to the street in to railway system.
