Tucked away just minutes from the buzz of all of the shops, bars and restaurants, this modern and compact apartment is the perfect home away from home to return to after a day or night out. Three cosy and bright ensuite bedrooms together with a kitchen/living area and outside balcony/patio.
One open plan living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable seating and one round dining table.
On same floor there is one double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
A further two ensuite bedrooms are found on the next floor up one flight of stairs - single bedroom and a double bedroom.
To access the apartment you must go up one flight of stairs. The apartment is compact and not suitable for people who require a little more space to maneouvre.
Parking is not available at the apartment but there is on street parking outside and a public car park a short 5 minute walk away where you can park for 12.50 EUR for a full day (Dyke road car park).
Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change can be arranged for an additional fee.
