A 4-minute walk to the private beach with water toys included. Play together with a toy tent equipt with outdoor toys and games or soak in the brand new 2022 8-person Hot Tub! Enjoy all the outdoor amenities that Mt Washington Valley has to offer. With different types of fun for every season. Summer Vacations, Fall Foliage, and the Famous Fryeburg Fair! Wintertime Skiing, and snowshoeing, and offers access to the snowmobile trails right from the driveway! The interior has just been repainted with new floors, and the furniture is comfy and bought with families in mind. It’s not the Ritz, but you will be comfy!
