The property was very beautiful. Flowers all around. Nice stream in the back . Property was nicely kept. We had dinner at the Shannon Door which was great and it was only a 3 minute walk.

Looks can be deceiving

I’m not sure why this property has an “excellent” rating. Total disappointment. It’s all about the details and you can tell this property is not interested in cleanliness (my #1 pet peeve), updates, repairs. The bathroom wall was filthy, toilet paper holder rusty, stains and hair on comforter. Bed felt like a water bed only with springs. Looks on the outside are very deceiving. Really disappointed!

Manager allowed us to check in a bit early. We loved that our room had a sliding glass door out to our first floor balcony because we could bring our luggage directly to our room. Room is clean & spacious; lots of clean towels, decent tv/fridge/and shower. Very reasonable price for the location.

The property is very overrated. The room we stayed in was horrible no closet bathroom was so small could even but a can of shaving cream anywhere. I do not know how your company get these ratings but you can put lipstick on a pig you still got a pig. I have pictures if you would like to see this place.

So like many places nobody on reception and just 2 keys left out with no idea which was mine. Then saw a mouse run through the back of the reception soooo definitely wasnt having breakfast there. The room itself was clean, the jacuzzi bath nice and ter bed comfy. The noise from other rooms though is ridiculous so if other guests are up early so are you.
