I enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay and will definitely be back! My room was spotless, quiet, and super cozy with the couch, dining table, balcony, and electric fireplace. The grounds were serene, but also offered lovely amenities like a pool and tennis court.

Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s a great place for some r&r. If you’re looking for family fun this lodge is located not to far from Story Land, the Cog Railway, Conway Train, an indoor water park and mini golf or you can stay at the hotel and play a game of volley ball, tennis or take a swim in the pool. We had another pleasant stay at the Lodge At Jackson Village!

This was a great location to stay in. They were convenient and accommodating. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and there was a mini fridge. We were able to use the microwave in the dining area and the breakfast was perfect.

Beautiful views and clean, quiet setting.

beautiful little motel. Landscaping and view were amazing. Quiet and peaceful. Room was very clean and mattress was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in future. Because I can drive there, I would bring my own pillows as the only complaint I have would be that the pillows are pretty skimpy.

Booked for four nights but checked out early and booked another Hotel . The door lock was broken, and despite reporting it right away, nothing was done for over nine hours—even though we repeatedly requested action and were traveling with kids. Staff initially dismissed the issue, saying the area was safe and they were short-staffed. After much back and forth, we were finally moved to another room. The room had a broken chair we also reported and was not fixed - frequent strong odors of food and incense, possibly from the owners living on-site. Overall, the property felt more like a motel, and I would not stay again. Nice creek on site , close to main attractions
