The property was run down, dirty, no amenities of any kind, on the 2nd night we were awoke to roof construction-mind u we were on the upper floor- when i called to inquire why at 7am there was such noise for the last 30 minutes, the woman advised that there were repairs happening for leaks in the roof but that it wasnt for my room. There were people exactly above my ceiling and tarps out my door. I assured her they were working above me and she again advised it was due to leaks in the roof and hung up. There was no staff at the location and no service at the desk or to clean the rooms. To reach anyone you needed to call a number

The place is charming. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I liked Alexander, the gentleman who checked us in and showed us our room. Our room for the night was clean and adequately appointed, if showing it's age. The beds and pillows were fine enough for my buddy and me to get a night's rest before shoving off early in the morning. And the price is right.

We had 3 rooms, all smelled bad, one was particularly bad with mold or mildew. Bathrooms were clean and new Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage.

- staff/owners very friendly - strong odor throughout hotel & room - stained carpet throughout room - wallpaper peeling off wall - very outdated - box TV, cable cord hanging from ceiling, power strip on floor for TV & small fridge - had to go by spray and plug-in air freshener because odor was so strong - no hair dryer, iron or microwave - did not stay overnight afterall - left to stay with friends

Room was very muggy and damp.Bathroom floor was peeling

We had a great experience! Staff were helpful, location was good. It's not a flashy hotel but my friends and I loved it. Bonus was that it is directly across the street from a restaurant and bar.
