Great place to stay for Frankfurt visit if you come by car. The rooms look better then on photos here. Pets are allowed and charge is 5€ per night. Free parking is possible to find on the streets around hotel. Breakfast has hot and cold selection. Hot dishes are not very tasty and are nothing special. Rooms are spacious enough to put in a baby crib. However baby cribs were not available at the hotel when I called (5 days before arrival) and we had to bring our own. There are high chairs in the restaurant. Near the hotel there is a Thai and Italian restaurants. Thai place is more a fast food then a restaurant, don't order soup there, noodles are ok. Overall relexa is good for its price.
Pleasant hotel, until you find out that to drink mineral water, you would have to pay for it!!! Called the reception asking for the water, as they answered: you don't have a mini-bar sir? This is outrageous. I visited hundreds of hotels in more than 50 countries and never had a similar situation at 5 am in the morning!!!!
This hotel has the comfort needed for a business traveler. Space and quite are OK. Nice breakfast, fresh orange juice but that you have to make yourself. The drawback, as many hotels in Germany, there is no À/C in the rooms...
This is a new, clean hotel. The lobby is nice, staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Check-in took less than 3 minutes. The breakfast is simply wonderful. If you're lucky you will find street parking in the surrounding areas
Perfect hotel for the weekend. Clean. Top rumservise. Quiet block. Beautiful in general. Not in the center of Frankfurt but easy to reach. Depend on the hours of the sauna and the size of the bathtub , anyone who wants can easily have a detox weekend and enjoy the city.
The hotel is located at a quite place close to the university with a very easy connection by public transport to main train station and airport. Breakfast was good with a variety of food options. My room was at the end of the corridor. Room and bathroom looked undersized for a 4-star hotel. The fitness room was equipped with only 4 tools. The opening hour of the wellness area (including fitness area) is announced to be open only after 4:30pm.
This hotel is good and lovely entrance with great room ambience. The downside is that I needed a twin room with two separate beds, it was available but had no airconditioning. The rooms available with airconditioning were the business rooms and so my friend and I took them but the bed was too small. They call the bed a queen bed but it was small and personally they didn't look like queen beds. Another thing I didn't like was that the room we requested was for two guest, yet they provided all the accessories such as pillows, blankets, toiletries,... for one guest. I called the reception to provide for extra accessories and they only gave an extra pillow and towel. The other stuff I was told no to get. For the rest this hotel is good and nice for a night or two.
The hotel is well located and has an helpful multilingual staff. The room for people with disabilities (they have one) is wide, double, convenient for two wheelchairs. The facilities are nearly perfect big it might be the local standards: there's a seat in the shower, not high enough. The other holders are a bit far. The TV's location is also not convenient to watch from bed. The curtains are not easily accessible to reach so ask someone to help unless you like waking up with the sun! The hotel is 5 min. Walk from the underground station (accessible) to the city centre Nearby are supermarkets, post and two restaurants. Recommended.
They have one room for people with disabilities. It's a double room, 2 wheelchairs users can easily fit in. The facilities are nearly perfect - there's a seat in the shower, but it's a bit too low, the handles are a bit far, it might be the local standard, different than our country. The TV is not convenient to watch from bed, there's a sofa, a table. It's difficult to access the curtains (behind the table) so I strongly recommend calling someone to close them unless you like waking up early morning... It's 5 min. Walk from an accessible underground station to the city, there're a supermarket near by and two restaurants - an Italian and a Thai. Recommended!
The Relexa Hotel is a good choice for a business stay, parking garage, a great Italian restaurant close to the hotel etc. The room have a good size, not top modern, but nice. Good breakfast buffet. A bar at the hotel (be aware that it is a smoking allowed bar), the gym first opens at 08:00, that is to late, should be open from 06:00. All in all a great hotel, and super service minded staff.
