Nice one night stay in Frankfurt

Excellent location in the old town area, a tram stop and a ticket station right in the front. Easy to walk to the old town, the water, bridges, restaurants and shops. Luxury lobby. Room is simple but clean and sufficient.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel welcome. The location is in close distance to different subway entrances. And if you chose, it’s only a 15 minute walk from Main Station. Plenty of restaurants to chose from in the area.

Great but noisy…

The room and amenities were great but the hotel is situated on top of a club which stays busy and loud for most of the night. There was also drilling work being done below until about 2am. Unsure why it was allowed but ruined a good nights sleep for sure!

Very, very recommended

Excellent hotel. Perfect location! No need to use the metro, everything is close!! And direct metro to the airport. Clean rooms look almost new. Quiet and comfortable. One thing spoiled the stay. The Asian girl at the front desk. So aggressive and unpleasant. Really spoils the hotel. All the other staff are wonderful and kind. Both in the bar and in the dining room and in cleaning

We’ve stayed as a few Motel Ones this trip and this one was a perfect location. Only issue I had was the staff was not as friendly. The front desk accidentally charged 4 days of parking for a two night stay. I was not angry, mistakes happen. When I noticed it on the invoice I went back to the front desk to have it corrected. I was first told the person who did it was on break but to come back later. I asked the girl if she was not able to do it herself. She said she was in training and did not know how to. She then said she had another colleague in the back and brought him out. There was no apology or for the mistake. he rudely asked for my credit card and gave me my paperwork that he credited me back. Again, no apology or remorse for the overcharge. I’m sorry, but I expect an apology when you make a mistake especially when you’re overcharging me. I didn’t go down angry. I just pointed out the mistake and asked them to fix it. I expect much better service from them since we received much better service in the other cities that we stayed with them. I also noticed that breakfast tables were not cleared so it made it harder to find a place to eat during the week when the hotel is crowded.

Pleasant Stay

I was briefly in Frankfurt and decided to stay at Motel One, after a positive experience at the Vienna location. The hotel is comfortable and clean, with good amenities and easily accessible by public transit. The room was compact but not too small. Nice view of the city from the large windows. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Frankfurt.

Good overnight stay.

It was a comfortable and clean hotel. Our room was small and didn't have coffee. But we knew that and it was a good stay. IT was great for a short stop. But if we were staying longer we would ha e preferred more space. Note breakfast was a reasonable value.

Super close to the Historic town if you're in for a quick layover. Loved the bar area/lobby! Very welcoming and nice hotel. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend!
