I booked a room that was supposed to be a king with a whirlpool tub. And all we got was a room with 2 queen beds. My fiancee has problems while sleeping so queen beds don't have enough room, very disappointing that because I didn't get what I booked we were not able to sleep together. Plus we could not have breakfast because they closed it down before 9a.m.so it wasn't possible. Any other hotel we stay at on a weekend they have breakfast until 10 a.m. very disappointing.

I booked through Orbitz and prepaid. The front desk couldn't find my reservation when I checked in. Now, it was 3am and there was a wedding party there trying to get some last second rooms so the clerk was a bit frazzled - probably not used to that much activity at one time at that hour. He checked me in and said that he would continue looking when he has more time, which was fine with me. In the morning, I found a bill for the night's stay under the door. When I checked out, I figured that I could get it straightened out but the girl who took over at the front desk wanted nothing to do with me and would only tell me that I had to get it straightened out with Orbitz! She would not listen to me explain about the confirmation number. As soon as she heard Orbitz, she was completely dismissive and uncooperative. Fortunately, Orbitz took on the challenge the next day and eventually got a manager's contact info and reached him a few days later. For some reason, it took him 3 days to agree to refund the extra charge, but at least he did without me having to go to my credit card company. It should not have been that difficult.

If you're a non smoker and have asthma problems don't stay here. Wife started having breathing problems right away because room used to be a smoking room. Had to get up and leave at 4 am for another hotel

Very comfortable experience... bed, room, and Jacuzzi were great. The breakfast was great (loved the Cheese omelets) The only thing disappointing was the key cards did not work very well... little frustrating... but we did get assistance with them.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very large. Right off the highway too.

This hotel was okay. Positives - Location, breakfast, rooms were clean. Negatives - Staff was not very friendly/not around front desk, no fridges in room (other Holiday Inn Express's have them), and no hot tub.

My wife and I went to Fort Wayne for a wedding and decided to get some us time. I found the location to be great for us because it was close to the reception. The staff of the hotel was very helpful the room was really clean. We got a jacuzzi room which was very relaxing. Even got breakfast in the morning which was pretty good. The only things I wish it had was a fridge and a softer bed. The location is sort of out in no where but I think it helped make things quite. I would stay there again and would recommend to others as well.

I'm pleased with the hotel and staff. But some of the customers were very noisy at night. They were talking and shouting between 12:00am and 2:00am in the hallway.

There was a spotlight that shined directly into our window. I am light sensitive, and could not sleep. I asked to change rooms for night #2, however I was told there was a full house, and we were unable to switch. On night 2, the toilet overflowed. I called for assistance, and was handed a plunger to take care of it myself. After the toilet was working again, I tried to call the receptionist to ask for something to clean up the mess with. The line was busy for over five minutes. I finally walked down to the front desk and rang for assistance. I asked for something to clean with. She came back with towels. I asked for something anti bacterial. She gave me bleach. I cleaned the bathroom and went back to bed. Not only did I end up cleaning up a mess that night, there was no apology offered for my inconvenience. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Actually a nice hotel, but the internet connection is essentually non-existant. Will look for another hotel option next time in New Haven only because internet connection needed for business

The room smelled like smoke. I requested a non-smoking room but it was clear that although it was listed as non-smoking it had been a smokers paradise.

We needed a base to visit family in the Fort Wayne area. This was perfectly situated on 469. The pool provided a great opportunity for cousins to play together despite frigid temperatures. Complimentary breakfast included some hot items and was excellent. We will stay here again. Nearby coffee shop was very nice.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. The room was bigger than I expected and the furnishings were modern and very comfortble. I really enjoyed the large flat screen television and that dining areas were very close by. The nice king size bed made for a very restful night.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful. They were always helpful when answering my questions and always very friendly and polite. The hotel was under some renovation, so it was understandable when things weren't quite right. If there was one thing I didn't like it was the bed. One of the more uncomfortable beds I've slept in. Would have liked to see more restaurants in the area, but it wasn't too far a drive to find some. Overall it was an okay place to stay.
