This beautifully appointed getaway has new furnishings and tile plank floors throughout. Kitchen has granite counter tops and a stunning glass back splash. Enjoy the sea breeze from the screened in patio overlooking the serene pond and an ocean view. Large, new flat screen TV and sleeper sofa in the living room. Dining table has seating for four. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with adjustable bed frame, flat screen TV and walk in closet. The master leads out to the screened in patio. Master bathroom has large walk-in shower. Condo has washer/dryer, cable, and internet. Extra outdoor seating for two available in storage room to enjoy, just relaxing steps from your front door. All of the available amenities at Ocean Village are included with this rental.
