I did not like that the outlets on the light between the beds only worked when the lights were turned on :(
The price was high considering the quality of the room. All furniture was chipped and scratched. Sheets and bed pad were worn thin and I found hair in sheets. Mattress was hard as a brick and lighting leading to hotel was poor.
Staff is very friendly and professional...thank you! My only concern is is that I barely got the shower to work. It needs to be fixed. Thank you!

Bright and clean and surprisingly quiet. Pool looked a bit murky, but otherwise the property was very well taken care of.
I had a good time staying there, great customer service overall. My only concern was the pool that seems to be neglected by the staff, it was blah😕. Daily morning breakfast was OK!

Shower and sink did not drain. Wter accumulted since previous day. Asked to talk to mananger and they were supposed to call me back. They never called me. Rooms non smooking smells someone smoke f Before renting. Very disappointing.
The hotel has been redecorated. It looks great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that the only microwave was on the first floor and they still aren't serving breakfast.
When we first got to the room there was a strong stale odor of cigarette smoke. The room was suppose to be smoke free so we ended up moving rooms. Next room was perfect. The only other thing that I don’t like is that they need to update the website and let it reflect to saying that they no longer provide complimentary breakfast due to Covid. That was the main reason we came there. Otherwise the staff were great.

Location was key for this trip. Having Cracker Barrel close was a plus.
Location was plus. WiFi was basically non existent. Room was very dark, no overhead lighting. Worst attribute by far was the intense chemical smell on the sheets and pillows. It was so overwhelming that it irritated my eyes and nose.
when we got there they where repairing the 2nd floor and it was noises till 5pm had to leave do to getting a headack. but after 5 it was great
