Drive right up or close to your room...I got there and front desk guy gave me a room on the outside to where the cars drive up I asked him to change it bc I don't want to hear when everyone coming in..(he did) got to my room NO AC. I advised them woman there switched my room TV NOT working. I explained to them I PTSD and some places I can't sleep so if they could fix the ac for the room I was in first that would be great! Fast forward...manager said she spoke to owner and they said to give me a refund for the following 2 days bc I already swapped (3 rooms). I Never went to the first room and the other two rooms weren't up to date they had issues no AC NO TV and that ac seemed as if it was about to go out too bc it never got cold just cool..
