Breakfast was good. Room especially shower was dingy.

I didn’t like that every time I left my room I had to go back to the front desk to receive a new key because the old ones no longer worked every single time I left! Also, the phone in my room didn’t work. And my room was only serviced twice during my 6 day stay. So everyday I had to go down to guest services to receive new towels due to the fact my room phone didn’t work.

This was by far the worst Marriott property I've ever stayed in. Upon check in our door cards did not work properly. The room had a smoky odor. There was no desk lamp. The desk chair was broken. The bath fan did not work (I was told that their fans were totally silent). The included breakfast was very basic and either cold or cleaned out. On our last day, house cleaning never showed up. Called the front desk and no one answered. Went down to the front desk and there was a sign be back soon. People were waiting to check in and no one around. When the employee did finally show up, I was told they did not have any towels, but would bring some up later, which they did. We stayed for three nights, but will never stay here again. For the price there are much better choices. When I checked out and expressed my displeasure, I was informed there was nothing they could do because I booked the room through Orbitz.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable front desk staff kind and helpful, the pool and hot tub were open which wasn't the case in other hotels we stayed at, the bed and room was very comfortable. The breakfast could have been better but that was likely due to COVID. We plan to return next time we come to Ft Pierce.

I liked Nicholas at the front desk. That’s it. So Room 206; The cleanliness compared to the Fairfield in Ohio was substandard. I had to have my card key reprogrammed every night because it quit swiping no matter where I kept it. I had to clean the tub when I arrived because there was hair in it. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean the entire time. The overall lack of attention to detail (dust, trash in the room, the clock unplugged, the bedskirts disheveled, the mildew smell between the bed and the window) UNBELIEVABLE. Not at all like the Marriott Bonvoy brand/image being sold to consumers.

It was very close to the exit, clean and quiet. Breakfast was free and decent. Only thing that knocked a star off was the air conditioning being a window unit that provided an inconsistent temperature...which affected sleeping. I would stay there again.

We were looking for a hotel that wasn't too far from the beaches and not too high priced. The Fairfield fit the bill. Staff was friendly and the room super comfy and clean. Being located on Okeechobee Rd., it was very convenient to head across the state when we headed to the Gulf of Mexico.

Good location near I-95 and Turnpike exits. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The night guest services was overwhelmed with only one person running the show. The breakfast was a bust. There was not enough food out. The one lady could not keep up with demand. We ended up just leaving. The place was a mess. This is just not typical of Fairfield Inns. I would find another if I were staying close again.

This hotel was in a good location very close to I95 with tons of places to eat nearby. Walmart was 5 mins away. The room were nice. The staff at the front desk was excellent, especially Lekeita Even housekeeping and kitchen staff were friendly. The customer service from everyone was exceptional. The free continental breakfast had many options. I would stay here again.

We found the hotel clean and comfortable and the staff very accomodating. The selection in the complementary breakfast was better than most. Definitely recommend.

Dear Guest, We thank you for taking the time to give us such a detailed review. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the keys giving you issues we are in the process of upgrading our key system. The phone issue we do apologize for that not working as well and our phone technician is coming out to the hotel to fix that we had to order apart and it did not come in yet. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future and we will be all up to our standards for you. We are still on covid restrictions, so rooms are supposed to be cleaned join request. The hotel was very clean and comfortable front desk staff kind and helpful, the pool and hot tub were open which wasn't the case in other hotels we stayed at, the bed and room was very comfortable.
