Windows look they have never been cleaned. "Breakfast" is just "grab and go" of a few subpar packaged items (no seating). Fitness center is one machine in a dark room which is visible to people outside (seems unsafe). Hotel overall is dirty and not maintained.

My room was a non smoking room, on arrival the smell of cigarettes hits your eyes and nose and is very potent when you open the door to your room. Bedding sheets smelled like cigarettes, and bath tub would not drain completely. Staff was very friendly no complaints there. You get what you pay for, don't expect it to be a Marriott or a Hilton. My view was a Trucker rest stop along as a gas station.

I lock my room key in the room and I went to the front to get another one, the front desk clerk had never seen before and all she ask me was what room and just made a key. She didn’t ask for ID or nothing which was very scary. Seeing that this is a truck stop hotel someone can get killed and easily.
