AC was okay. The room and overall hotel was "weathered," i.e., sorely in need of a renovation - just a very outdated hotel. On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly to a T. All staff were exceptional except your gm...doug. He can definitely use customer service training of any sort. If he could borrow some smiles amd kindness from his staff that would help him out. Does he always look and act miserable? Is he always this unhappy? That's not healthy nor presents good "Customer Service"... kudos to the rest of the staff!!! Great customer service goes a long way....you just never know who is present and watching...
