Nice location but breakfast took well over an hour even though we said we were in a hurry and there were only a few guests. The bolted lock on our door didn’t work. We were ok with the chain until someone tried to come into our room late at night. Very scary. The main pool was closed and smelled terrible. The room was dirty

Completely runed down facilities. Mold in walls, broken tiles in room hallway, clutter of folding tables in room hallways, clogged shower, rotten smell. we asked for Ice and they didn't provide any. This hotel needs a complete make over, training for employees and a dress code as well. No professionalism at all.

Absolute garbage hotel. Horrible service. Paid for 4 nights for the upgraded room with a balcony. Got a walk-in closet sized mold Petrie dish with an exterior hallway that, they explained, was what THEY refer to as a balcony. Refused to refund me. So they lie about the room on Expedia, give you a garbage dump, and then steal your money. Every other hotel in the area would be better.
