The Hotel was good, the staff went out of the way to accommodate 4 couples since our flight arrived early. The breakfast was excellent. The lake view was great.

The room is basic and there were traces of mold. However, it is one of the nicer stays in the area that is still central - it's a short walk across the bridge to the island town of Flores. It is less crowded and noisy than Flores and there is more of a breeze so the heat is more bearable. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel is quite basic and there were some traces of mold in the room. However, it's one of the nicer options that is still central. It is a short walk over the bridge to the island town of Flores and less crowded and noisy than staying in Flores. There is also more of a breeze than in Flores so it makes the heat much more bearable.

Nice Place The beds were very uncomfortable. the AC in the room I was given didn't work very well the kept tryin to fix it but the person doin g it was not very experienced so they change me to another room and told the were going to fix it next but when I walked in there after they said they fix it it was the same thing, overall the staff was very friendly but not very efficient

I totally recommend this hotel, it's very nice and clean with a beautiful pool and the lake view from most rooms and from the dining areas. Staff are friendly, the restaurant is ok, it's walkable to al lot of restaurants and shops, .

This property overlooks the island of Flores and is very tranquil. The staff were great -even helping arrange a shuttle back and forth to the airport. When our flight was cancelled they even came to collect us and we had dinner at their restaurant before catching a later flight. Wouldn't recommend to Americans to walk to Flores island. Better to catch a Tuk Tuk for 10-15Q per person.
