It is a lovely hotel. My mum is 88 years old and climbing stairs to the 3rd floor was less than ideal. She didn’t want to make a fuss but in hindsight both the reception desk and myself should have done something. Highly recommended if you want comfort but not if going a few flights of stairs is not safe, practical. Also, mind the 3rd floor is below thr rooftop bar, so loud music until very late

Could have been 5 stars but stayed at a bad time. Rainy so upstairs was closed. Then there were fireworks going off ending at 1am and back at 5am. Had worst sleep before big day at Tikal. The attached downstairs restaurant had a horrible tasting expensive burger. Think we just had bad luck and jad high expectations with all the perfect reviews.

La atención excelente, la comida del restaurante muy buena, pero el hotel necesita algunos cuidados, por ejemplo el control remoto del televisor estaba pegado con tape y a veces no funcionaba. La llave del agua fria del lavamanos estaba muy recia. En general este hotel necita hacer upgrades.

Amazing surprise

A really nice place to Stay at Isla de Flores. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately we stayed there only one night. I hope next time we have more days available to enjoy this cute hotel.

This hotel offers excellent service. I complained about the noise near my room and I was immediately given a quiet room on the 1st floor. There was no perceived annoyance- simply respect for my request. The front desk helped me with a number of other requests as well. Job well-done, team Flores.
