Shower had no hot water, the drain didnt work, pillows were horrible bed hard as a board, worse sleep of my life!

Check-in was easy and people were very friendly! Room was neat and clean with comfy beds but had a funny smell, even though it was obvious they’d done a nice job cleaning. Mini fridge and microwave were a plus and the breakfast was yummy with good choices. Only down side was vending didn’t work but there is a Walmart across the street so we just walked over there.

Loved the breakfast, best we have had at a hotel in a while. However, housekeeping wasn't so great. Bathroom counter wasn't clean when we checked in. We stayed two nights and the second day the beds were not made well. And a towel I left on the floor to be taken by the cleaning service was re-hung up. And the toilet was dirty. The housekeeping was very disappointing.

We were just passing through town and need a place to sleep and grab a quick shower! We checked in at 2am and the girl at the fronts desk was so nice and it took about 2min! We were in the room and enjoying the comfortable bed and clean room just like that. Great night sleep, nice hot shower, and the free breakfast was pretty good! We will be back!
Was in town for soccer games. Hotel was convientently located. Great staff. The room was a bit out dated, but overall, great experience.
Needed a mid-way hotel on our way to CA. Room was fine. Not bad, no complaints for a one night stay. Breakfast was a nice perk.
We did not care that we would have had to request wifi had we had a computer with us. Signs to the hotel from Reno and south were few and far, but coming from the north on the freeway, had we come that way, would have been easy. Room was great and we had no complaints: rooms were large and easy to get around and everything was accessible. We will stay here again if we come this way!
stayed just for one night on 4-15-14. after a long day of driving I just wanted to get settled. Check in was fast and friendly. Person at the desk took care of me after politely putting a phone call on hold. Got to my room quickly, nice and clean, plenty of room. Had two queen beds, microwave and frig. Nice and quiet. I would stay there a again if in the area. Close enough to the main drag to be easy and far enough away to not hear the road noise. Comfortable beds.
