Almost everything was good, the reason why I gave them bad rates is because two of the bath towels were dirty, they had some remains from other people (that makes me think they do not wash them) and also the breakfast is really poor.

I have been in many places I would say this is one of the best suites I have experienced for the low price.

Our Room was bright, comfortable and very clean. The two bedroom suite was spacious, private and comfortable for my adult son and I to share. Convenient location and luckily quiet guests around our room. Breakfast was good, plentiful and a good variety. Front desk staff all very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely return to this location for another stay. Pleasantly surprised and feel it was worth the cost of our stay.

Overpriced. I booked this thinking it was a four-star hotel, but we were greeted at the door to the room with an ozone machine. The front desk clerk came and got it, and remarked it was there to make things smell good. It made us wonder what odor it was masking. The room was clean, but the furniture was really bizarre -- plastic leather and some strange psychedlic stool from the 1960s, among other things. The breakfast ends early on weekdays -- at 0900, so we didn't get a chance to try it. This was really overpriced for what was essentially a long-term stay location that probably is worth three stars at best.

This hotel is a true revelation in terms of its cleanliness, comfort, location and service. The staff is among the best I've ever experienced in their dedication to customer service. In particular, the desk clerk. Kimberly, is both very professional and very dedicated to expert customer service.

Stayed here while visiting family. Hotel was under some construction and room was hard to find at first. Workout facility was locked and pool was crowded, but overall it was a good, clean place to stay the night while in town.

My family and I were visiting family for a very short trip. We stayed at the hotel when it was under a different name. We were blown away by the renovations to the space!! The decor of the rooms and common areas were stunning. The breakfast was delicious...real eggs! The staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. This chain has become a favorite!!

We love the kitchen facility, because we can make some our own foods.

This place has everything at a great price! Couldn't be beat. Clean, Comfortable, breakfast, Free laundry and Great staff! Currently it is a little tired but they are in the process of changing that. I would recommend and stay again.

I have stayed here a number of times, mostly for get togethers with my mother who lives nearby and extended family. It is perfect for our needs, as the location is very convenient to the Malvern - Paoli areas, the rooms are all suites, so my adult daughter can sleep on the pull out sofa, while my wife and I are in the separate bedroom. I could see it being good for an extended stay for a buisness week as well. The breakfast is a good deal as well and while it is not fancy, it is certainly adequate. Best of all, the price is very reasonable.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Wayne, PA... as far as distance goes, its really not too bad, maybe 20 minutes if you avoid the expressway (due to all of the construction)... There are 2 entrances to the hotel parking lot but you have to watch because the smaller entrance only lets you turn West but there is a larger entrance with a light. Parking lot is LOADED with speed bumps which wasn't too fun since I went to Wayne for back surgery.. Hotel Itself and room - This place reminded me more of a motel then a hotel/suit as they were all (as far as I saw) exterior entrances. Not a big deal but FYI. Room wasn't bad... Kitchen\dining\living room with a avg reg (non-flat screen) TV and dvd player and a bedroom... I should note that I booked a handicapped room (glad I did since the 2nd floor didn't have elevator access). Handicapped rooms have full beds - not queens or kings. Staff seemed friendly and did call to check and make sure we were ok with the room and when I mentioned the room size, they offered to move me to another first floor room but I wanted/needed the handrails so we stayed put. Only thing they didn't mention ( and I didn't check) was the breakfast time... it ends early (before 10) so we never got a chance to try it. We got there just when they finished and they offered us a free breakfast bar which was nice considering they honestly didn't have to.

When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room, we found out we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The front desk staff even called our room to ask if the room was to our satisfaction. The suite was very clean and comfortable beds. The one downside to the suite is that the furniture and tv's are old. They both need replaced. They had a free nacho bar for the guests between 5:30 and 7:30 which was very good. I would stay here again.

excellent except for hard pillows. Checked out 1 day early because of forecast of snow in the early morning.

The hotel was great, once I found it! There are no signs other than a generic "Welcome"...nothing else just "Welcome"...until you drive up the long driveway to the property. Pennsylvania doesn't help much either since the street sign at the intersection where you have to turn indicated "40-60 Morehall Road ->" and the property address is 20. I should have known. IF PA puts up a sign, it's usually WRONG!

Great value for the amount of room. Very comfortable and home-like!

I liked the set up of the two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was completely stocked and ready to go. The room was fresh and looked nice.

We had to bring our little schnauzer with us and Staybridge was very accommodating. They had an area set aside for a dogwalk and the housekeeping crew did not enter the room unless the dog was out. We also had a problem with the WiFi, so they gave us another room and we were even upgraded to a 2 bedroom free of charge.

My husband and I spent one night in a queen suite. The room had an outdated kitchen, tiny bathroom, cheap furniture and 10+ year old TVs but everything was clean. No odd smells. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was OK and did include hot items. TV in the dining area was on Fox News which was annoying, but possibly this was another guest's fault. We chose to stay here because reviews for competitors weren't any better and the price was OK.

Had to checkout a day early. Non-smoking room smelled like strong stale cigarette smoke. Child with asthma had difficult time breathing.

Helpful, friendly staff, would recommend for families
