It has a beautiful outdoor area for the ultimate relaxation and It is centrally located in Eugene. It’s less than a five minute walk to a lovely park with a bridge that crosses over the Willamette river directly to Valley River shopping Mall. You’re less than a five mile drive to beautiful downtown Eugene, Autzen Stadium and Hayward Fields. There is a cohost that lives on the property in an apartment behind the garage. There is one shared wall his kitchen to your kitchen but your rented space is completely private.

The Vrbo was great. Easy to get to and close enough to our event. There was good seating both inside and out to fully enjoy the property. The beds were nice and comfortable as well. Would stay again.

The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues.

The beautiful backyard was very nice; the house and furnishings nice, really liked the wall hangings, the nice fruit bowl was an extra I thought especially nice, lots of coffee pods, lots of towels, etc. We were a bit surprised that the co-host actually lived in an apartment in the attached garage. Lots of room for family to visit with us.
