Guests enter through the garage and walk through a short hallway inside the home to reach the private guest suite. A privacy screen separates this pass-through area from the owner's living space. Once inside the suite, you'll enjoy a completely private bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and patio throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in West Eugene, the suite offers quick access to Beltline Highway, making it easy to reach RiverBend Medical Center, McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center, PeaceHealth Sacred Heart, downtown Eugene, and the University of Oregon.

Autzen Stadium is about 10 minutes away, making this an excellent home base for Ducks football weekends, concerts, and university events.
