Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Seemed like a full house and it was still very quiet.
Clean in room and common areas
This was one of those stays where the few things that could go wrong did go wrong. I only stayed for two nights but for some inexplicable reason my room was never cleaned after the first night and when I woke up on the second morning there was no hot water and the phone in my room did not work so I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes trying to call the front desk through my cell phone. I was offered a complimentary breakfast, but a free scone doesn't really make up for not being able to shower prior to a business meeting.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly!
Imagine ordering steak and getting a cheeseburger. This is how i felt staying at this hotel. I paid just over $162/night for a room that you would expect to pay $99/night. This was clearly a converted room - a room that once had two queen size beds. They removed the bed closest to the window, replaced it with a miniature, two-person love seat, then they turned the remaining bed 90 degrees clockwise. Abracadabra! The cheeseburger is now a steak! Not. Don’t get me wrong, if i had paid $99/night, my experience would have met expectations. But when you pay for steak and get a cheeseburger … I took a few pictures, I wish i could post them here. As for the rest of the hotel, the lobby is gorgeous - lots of amenities. If i were sleeping in the lobby i would have loved this place. Maybe that was part of the problem - the lobby was so nice, it set an expectation the room just couldn’t match. Going from the lobby into my room i almost expected Rod Serling to step out from the bathroom. For $99/night this would have been a value. For $162/night i feel suckered.
Stayed there with my 2 small children. The room was bigger than I expected. It was easy to get on the free wifi, which was excellent for a movie on my iPad. The pool was a big draw; it has long hours so there was no rush to get there or leave. Breakfast was good, but a little more expensive than I would have liked (no children's menu, so they get adult prices/portions). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful in many ways. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel
Hotel staff went out of their way to provide us services - they do not have lunch there but I am handicapped, so they made me sandwich so I did not have to take taxi to restaurant. Really makes a difference when you get the help you need. We had wonderful trip and made great alliance. We will be back again, this was our second time there. Great for business and afterwords.
