Not a brilliant hotel. Paid extra for a studio suite with a city view, only to be shown to a dark room in the dungeon with a view of a stone wall about 3 ft from the window. Asked to be moved and just got a shrug and was told the hotel was full. Room was ok but no bath and the shower drain was broken.

Great location with close access to Old Town locations. Hotel staff were standouts - friendly and professional. Our room had electrical problems we noticed after settling into the room. Reception and maintenance staff quickly attempted to resolve the issue but ascertained that we needed to move to another room. Reception staff helped us move our luggage to the next room. The rooms are not huge but we had a great view of the city. Also, the older building has interior steps.

Staff was amazing and always greeted us! Informative and helpful. And room was nice. Was some mold on the ceiling, the grout and on the bath mat, but we never mentioned it to them. Location was great for what we wanted to do as first time visitors.
